Super great experience! I have gotten both manicures and gel pedicures at this location. I was so lucking to have such an amazing and affordable place! The staff is super friendly and always does an amazing job. It is a super relaxing environment and I always feel refreshed and relaxed afterward. I go all the time with my mom and dad and we all agree this is the best spot in lakeside!

Horrendous $50 gel French manicure. I had to ask numerous times for fixes. My hands were full of white polish & they were ready to send me on my way. This is the aftermath of Sandy stepping in to help clean my hands and nails up a tad… terrible first impression as a first time customer.

I didn’t want to write this, but what I experienced was not okay. I typically never write bad reviews so this pains me. The attached picture shows how I was left. I went in to have my acrylic nails removed after 3 fills and have a new set placed on. 3 of my nails were broken which likely speaks to the application, which in hind sight, I am realizing. Anyways, to remove the acrylics, they were ripped off of my nails. Not soaked in acetone, not filed, pried off. I have never gotten my nails done regularly, this was my first full removal after 3 fills. I also got a pedicure for the first time in many years, and had my child with me. At first I thought just the damaged nails were being removed this way but before I knew it, every single one was being ripped off. By the time I said stop it was done; if your customer is audibly saying ouch, STOP. I quickly googled whether this was normal- indeed, it is not normal to remove acrylic nails by ripping them off. My fingers hurt so bad and are incredibly sore. My pinky nail had so much damage that it was raw and could not be worked on. I now need to get an antibiotic at the advice of my physician. The girls are nice, but this is not acceptable. I have also read in Facebook groups that they have done this to other people. Clearly this salon thinks this practice is okay. There was zero enjoyment in my pedicure, I could even tell you how it was because I was trying not to scream in pain and was so focused on what I was experiencing with my nails. If you see a customer making painful faces at what’s supposed to be a luxury service, something is wrong! The picture shows the status of my unfinished set and damaged pinky nail. And a $20 discount is unacceptable.

UPDATE: nail polish from my pedicure already falling off to. They use trash nail polish!!!!! The girl who did my manicure, not great. Gel manicure was sloppy has bumps all throughout the polish, she didn't clean the edges. So I have nail polish on my skin and sharp edges. Will not be back. No attention to detail.

Was there for almost 2 hrs. Booked mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. Never got the wax and happy I didn’t. The nail techs are very friendly I’ll give them that. They seem to be having issue with polish 019 where I watched them put thinner in it. I would have been happy to switch colors but instead a different nail tech came over and slapped on a clear coat and both kinda just disappeared after. Got them done 06/07/2025 at 10am.
