Custom Auto

Decided to try this shop after my first car accident. Luckily was only the front bumper. Box truck backed into my front bumper and dragged. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Custom Auto was the only company willing to repair my vehicle after it was declared a total loss by the at-fault insurance. Other repair shops quoted $13,000, which exceeded the insurance payout, but Custom Auto worked within the $10,000 I received. In just one week, they restored my car to perfect, road-safe condition. To my surprise, they even reduced the final cost to $9,000. It was truly a blessing to find such a reliable and customer-focused repair shop!

All About Auto Collision was great! They had solid availability to make an appointment, great communication, and did a very thorough job when repairing my Hellcat. I’m very appreciative for them and will give them a call should anything ever happen to one of my vehicles.

Great service from great people. Alex and Tony provided a like-new repair of my front fender at very competitive pricing (even cleaning the car afterward). Overall, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Hoping I won't need it but if there is some work to do in the future I'll save some time with quote-shopping and head over to them directly.

An overall fantastic experience! I shopped around to see who can take in my bumper repair quickly and more affordable which All about Auto Collision was the one. Tony was professional when inspecting my bumper and saw other quotes I received beating their price and squeezing in time within two weeks for the repair. They did an amazing job it looks brand new and I'm happy to get my car back faster than quoted! Highly recommend y'all to work with the crew here. They know what they're doing
