Cute Nails & Waxing

I’ve been coming to Cute Nails for about 7 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. Kim and Megan are amazing—they’re so kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about every client who walks through the door. I’ve had to try other nail salons when I’ve been out of town, and nothing compares to Cute Nails. The quality of their work is consistently the best. Their attention to detail is incredible, and they always make sure you leave happy. If there’s ever something you don’t like, they’ll fix it without any problem. Even if I stop by because I broke a nail, they’re always willing to help. Their pedicures are excellent, the salon is always clean, and their prices are fair and comparable to other salons in the area. The customer service is truly what sets them apart—they make you feel valued every time you visit. After 7 years, I can honestly say I have zero complaints. How much would you pay for these nails? I paid over $100 for them. Pink Stiletto acrylic with glitter tips - medium short length. This is the second time I’ve been here and it’s the second time I feel I’ve been overcharged. Their acrylic price is $55 starting. So it costs $40+ dollars to paint glitter on my tips? The first time I came, I received a pedicure as well. I was quoted roughly $80-$90 but when I paid, I paid $123+ tip. I’m not sure if it’s them thinking I will not tip or what have you, but overcharging for painting nails that’s NOT an intricate design, is awful. Give me the total price upfront. Please do not add to it. The staff aren’t rude, standoffish maybe (the lady who did this set was none of these things!) And the work is ok. I live close by and was looking forward to giving them my business as I need a regular salon.

I made an appointment with Megan for my birthday, a week ahead. When I showed up to my appointment she wasn’t there… someone else called her and she told me over the phone she could not make it. She has my cell phone number and did not communicate anything. I drove a hour there for her not show up. When we spoke on the phone she was very rude and uncaring. I told her I have an appointment and it’s my birthday I need my nails done and she just hung up. There are better nail shops in the area. Megan was super mean and unprofessional I would highly recommend everyone stay away from this place.

Good prices, amazing staff (they’re always so sweet), and the really do have Cute Nails!

My daughter and I have been coming here for almost 5months now. We absolutely love this nail Salon. All the ladies here are wonderful and they pay such great detail to attention and you never feel rushed. Megan, bless her heart! Love her personal service and how sweet she is! She knows my style and takes such great care of me. The feeling of finally finding your favorite go to nail Salon! Simply Amazing!!
