CVS Pharmacy

Lazy staff and don't seem like they want to be bothered to help.

Worst pharmacy. They couldn’t seem to get anything right. They told me it would be 15-20 min so I waited in the store. When I picked up the meds, they only had 1 prescription when I originally showed her the 3. She didn’t give me any instructions nor offer instructions. I had to YouTube how to take my meds because clearly there’s a certain way to take it… When asked about the other medication she said I would have to go to the drop off line. I walked to the drop off and showed her my prescription order from my doctor. She mentioned one of the meds was behind the counter so I would have to go to the back of the line to get it… I literally showed the first girl the list of meds. Why didn’t she tell me this?!! The line was extremely long. When I contacted my doctors office they double checked and said all meds were sent. I ended up asking them to send to a different pharmacy. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere

I came here to pick up my meds and waited for 10 minutes while 6 pharmacy workers completely ignored me, they saw me yet didn't acknowledge me, like if I was invisible. These people would rather talk to each other than do their jobs.

I arrived at 7:59 PM and wasn’t even greeted. The only thing the woman said was, “We’re closed.” Meanwhile, they were still serving customers in the drive-thru. This will definitely be my last visit—I’ll be switching to another pharmacy.
