Laura and her team are amazing! I created a policy on Friday night that wasn’t supposed to take effect until the following Monday. I reached out to Laura and her team, and by Saturday morning, they had the policy updated and effective on the exact date I needed. They were incredibly responsive and made the entire process easy. Great job and outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!

Just had to leave a quick review about mine (Kim Howard) and my husband’s experience this week with State Farm but especially with our dealings with Amber there at State Farm. We had been on the hunt to find a great yet affordable car insurance company here in Texas like the one we left behind in Virginia. One where despite the highly recognizable name could still have that small town feel in your dealings with them. And I mean to the extent that you stay with the same company and agent for 20+ years and develop a genuine relationship and friendship with them. One where we have found ourselves having a hard time finding anything like that or the possibility to be anything like that here in Texas over these last few years that we have been here. That is until we made a last ditch attempt and called State Farm and spoke with Amber. Right away we knew it was different. Amber’s care to answer all of our questions and help us to find the best and most affordable car insurance for us at this time all while also just having that kind of small talk that you find between friends. There was just something different about this phone call from the others that we had made. Amber just seemed to be very professional and yet personable at the same time. There was just that feeling and hope for the possibility of finally finding what we were searching for. That there just might be the hope for finding yet again a company that even though highly recognizable in name could have that small town feel in their dealings with you. One where you are still able to build actual relationships and friendships with an agent and a company of such sorts and size as State Farm. I had a wonderful experience with the representative who helped me today regarding the Drive Safe & Save app permissions and setup. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and made what could have been frustrating much easier. Laura & Her Team at State Farm Are Incredible! I needed insurance for both my new EV and my truck, and Laura made the whole process effortless. She handled everything over the phone, got me a quote fast, and sent it straight to my email. She even helped me realize that bundling both vehicles together was actually cheaper — I had no idea that was an option! What really set her apart was how personable and responsive she was. She made herself available even during her lunch break, which says a lot. She also pointed me to the app to make managing everything easy going forward.
