Paid for a consultation fee just to be told 3 weeks later they're too busy to take on new cases. I had to reach out multiple times verbally & writing due to no follow up post consultation for that type of response. Then I was recommended to other attorneys to pay more consultation fees. Easy way to collect I guess.

De La O Law Firm was amazing. The whole team was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They represented us when our tenant sued and helped us evict them as well. Though it was a stressful time, they made it easier and assured us we would win the case.. which we did. My husband and I are very satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend them.

Very professional, polite & they got the job done. I first used a lady that handles evictions, I soon realized there is a big difference between someone that does eviction and an eviction attorney. THIS FIRM CARES … and you feel it through the phone~ If you are in eviction proceedings, chances are you’ve encountered your fair share of “eviction interventionists” who you’d think were lawyers, especially given their price tag. These people are the real deal. I didn’t even get to finish my message before they were calling me back. They listened, let me vent, and showed genuine empathy. I can only speak for myself and admit that I was an absolute frantic trainwreck when I called. Scared, overwhelmed, and not sure of what to do. The paralegals who took my call (yes, two people listened and collaborated on how they could assist me) honored every value listed by the firm, which only built further trust.
