so good! i booked with angela and she is the sweetest. got plenty of compliments and did an amazing job. they gave me a free cuticle oil. offered me drinks and everything. overall an amazing experience. will be coming back. paid 70$

I’ve been getting beauty services done here, along with my two girls, and my granddaughter for several years and this is the first time I’ve had this kind of experience! I usually have only good things to say about my experience! Not this time. I am so disappointed in the service I received last Monday. My manicurist was rude which i would’ve overlooked if she’d have done a decent job on my nails at the very least! Especially since my manicure cost $65 on its own! She did the worst job I’ve ever seen done by a professional. She did not push back or clean up my cuticles. She was careless while filing my nails and she burned me more than once. Then proceeded to apply Builder gel to only part of my nail, making it look as if i needed a fill already. She didn’t massage or put lotion on my hands or even a hot towel at the end. When I asked for lotion, she let me do it myself. My pedicure wasn’t as bad but I paid for callus removal and only my heels were given any attention. She put in minimal effort and avoided my toes all together. By the time it was all over I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave! I was almost in tears when I left and my nails look horrible!

This was my second time at this nail salon, and honestly, I was not very satisfied with my experience. From the beginning, I asked for my nails to look very natural and not too square. However, when they finished, they looked much more square than I wanted and not how I had asked for them. I asked the nail technician if she could file them more because I didn’t want them to look that way, but she did it very quickly and then handed me the nail file so I could do it myself. I was disappointed with the service, especially since this was my second time coming here and I expected a better experience. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

Update: the owner reached out and was very apologetic! I knew there was a reason that I love this salon so much. They care so much about their clients! I am so happy indont have to look for another place as good as Decor! Been coming here for years, but the last 3 times I went i had a new nail tech I hadn't had before. While she did an amazing job on my nails, she was rude. She literally nail filed my knuckle, glued my skin to the nail and my skin is hanging off, and she kept shoving my hands away. As much as I love this place I dont think ill be coming back
