Everyone greeted me with a smile and treated me with respect, which made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. The office was clean, organized, and very professional. Such a pleasant experience! Every person working there is so kind! They had no problem squeezing me in last minute because of terrible pain I was suddenly experiencing. I recently visited Dr. Danielle De La Paz as a new patient for X-rays and routine cleaning, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. De La Paz and everyone in her office were welcoming, personable, and professional. The office was extremely prompt and efficient. I even brought my laptop because I expected a long wait, as is often the case with dental appointments, but I did not even have time to open it before I was called back. Dr. De La Paz has a wonderful presence. She is upbeat, friendly, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, and her positive energy sets the tone for the entire office. I also forgot to bring a report from a specialist and emailed the office afterward. Dr. De La Paz responded promptly, which I greatly appreciated. The entire experience, from the appointment through the follow-up, was smooth, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. De La Paz and her team.
