I came in looking for religious pendants and statement rings, and Caz took the time to show me everything that was available in the showroom. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find something I would love rather than trying to sell me whatever was in stock. While I didn’t fall in love with any of the pieces in the showroom, that didn’t stop Caz from continuing to help me explore other options. We ended up discussing the idea of a cluster diamond ring, and I’m thrilled that we were able to move forward with a special order. Caz worked with me to customize a design that reflects exactly what I was looking for. Derco is awesome! I went on a busy day and was helped by Caz, whom previously helped my wife with some jewelry. I had an idea for a custom piece and he was super helpful in laying out the process for it. He quickly got back to me with a quote and I was super excited! Truly competitive prices at Derco. I visited Derco and was helped by the new guy Caz. He was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and someone that made me feel a lot of trust. He mentioned it was his 7th or 8th day at the job so my friend and I were surprised on how well he represented the brand. We plan to visit the store again and hope we can work with him. It was a bit busy on the weekend but we appreciate that he still took time to cater to us the entire time we were there. Also learned so much about Diamonds! Derco is so cool!
