DFW 1% Listings

I just used DFW 1% for my property sale, closed on the 20th of May 2026. I was originally thinking to use a service that would help me sell my home myself, FSBO, (for sale by owner). i was pretty confident that I could use Chat GPT to help with the hard stuff, and call one or two of my realtor friends to side check things. I talked to them and they all urged me to get a realtor instead. I was still on the fence and that was when I called DFW 1% Listings. I wasn't sure they would list my home as I was all the way down in Burleson and they are up in North Fort Worth, but that is apparently not a concern for them and they were willing to travel. My agent was Katherine, who immediately asked questions and gave me some good pointers to think about before making my choice. I started to realize that I would already be juggling enough during my property sale and move, and work, etc, i didn't want to also be dealing with learning the ins and outs of realtor paperwork and procedures. I was convinced that Katherine was perfect for me when we met. She was very knowledgeable and based on her extensive experience she was able to find just the right comps to get my home sale price to what I was hoping for. The fact that she takes 1.5% commission was the reason I called her, but now that I know her high standards and professionalism, I would call her regardless of her commission, she's that good. Her photographer connections are supremely good! They took super professional pictures and gave excellent pointers on how to set the room so the photos would come out great. She has staging connections as well, but I didn't need them for my sale. Her listing was spot-on and we got immediate interest in the house with a lot of people wanting to see the place right from the start. We got an offer matching my price pretty fast, I think it was less than a week after the listing went live. Katherine uses a scheduling service that notifies you when someone needs an appointment, it tells you what time and gives you the chance to approve or deny that schedule. It makes things very predictable and orderly. After we had a signed contract with the buyers, the rest was pretty easy as well. Any time I had a question Katherine was quick to respond and her input was was very clear and logical. I am a stickler for making sure all the details are covered. With Katherine I felt very confident the whole time, all the way through till after the closing that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Needless to say, I definitely recommend them!

Katherine led me in the right direction to find my new home, and I am so glad she did! Everyone here at Justin Treeline is so nice! The move was difficult, but I am settling in and very grateful for the expert guidance she gave me when I needed it the most. If it wasn’t for Katherine and the girls at D.R. Horton, I wouldn’t be where I am.

Katherine Hubbard represented me (my Realtor in the transaction) in the sale of my home in Uptown Dallas. She is a great realtor. She explained the process, the options we had and she was on top of the contract negotiation.
