Dr. Kwon and his staff are very nice and caring. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and they explained everything to us and made the experience as easy as possible for her. I am very grateful that they allowed my husband to be in the room with her when the procedure was going on for support. I definitely recommend this office to anyone!

I am a patient for this clinic and I’m not gonna say anything bad about the clinic, but I do have very bad experience with dr Myoungsoo Kwon He did my crown in the day when he put the new crown. I told him that I don’t like it. They are too long and they are too thick. I asked him to cut it a little bit and fix it and he told me he recommend me to ask my family, my friend to see what they think and I did and I went back with him because I don’t like it so I want him to do that correction in the day when I went there, I don’t see the doctor. I see one and his assistant, and she decide to tell me that I have a lot of stress. They don’t have anything to do with my treatment or Anything like that I don’t see the dentist that day.. So I went back home and I set up another appointment again for the same reason for him to fix my crowns. When I was there, I was explained to him what his assistant told me. He is still arguing with me because he told me that I saw him that day I said no I’m never saw you and I told him that date I paid $81 for nothing and he got up from the chair and he told me i’m gonna refund you money and he decide to quit and don’t complete my treatment now I do have a lot of issues with my teeth because of him and know I’m going to take care of it with my lawyers and a new dentist.. please don’t go season these dentist because he signed note that he don’t confirm you cannot trust this a dentist with you teeth.

Disappointing Results – Waste of Money I came to this office specifically for a teeth whitening treatment, expecting professional-grade results. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete waste of money and time. The assistant working with me was very sweet and provided thorough explanation

This was absolutely the worst experience I've had. After having seen Dr Davis, who told me that my teeth were strong and looked pretty good and that I didn't have a cavity but it was " probably" a small fracture in a tooth that was very sensitive, sent me to an oral surgeon on site after a 30 minute wait, who barely went over the finding and then pulled another tooth, the result of a root canal from years before that was rotten and infected, told me all kinds of stuff very quickly about TMJ and blood issues and underlying conditions and then to go directly to their recommended endodontist then proceeded to give me several shots and without novacaine pull the infected tooth then charge me and send me on my way without anything for pain, assuming that since I had taken meds for my back before that I have those meds still? I don't know. But because I cannot take ibuprofen I got sent home in the worst pain imaginable and frightened by this experience to the point of a panic attack. I have never had a cavity much less remember having teeth extracted when I was 19/ I am 55. No instructions on what to expect just a paper on how to keep it clean and some toothpaste. I will not recommend nor will I ever return to DFW Dental in Irving.

Loved my experience here! I went in after being told somewhere else that I needed a root canal and crown. After x-rays turns out I needed neither. What a way of earning a patient’s trust and their business with the truth!
