Stopped in to get a watch repaired and it had been so long since I had worn it, I forgot how to set the time and actually use the watch. Instead of making feel like an idiot, Candice took the time to show me how the watch worked, and identified that it needed a new battery, which she replaced in under 10 minutes. Great customer service, great prices; so I will be giving them my business from now on. Do yourself a favor and give them your business too.

I had lost the diamond in my University class ring years ago. I stopped by the Diamond Mine to have it evaluated for replacement. While I was there, we discussed the potential of replacing with a lab grown diamond. I agreed to have the lab grown Diamond as a replacement and was told it would take a couple weeks. When I received a call that the ring was ready I went to the Diamond Mine the next day. I am completely satisfied by the results. Not only is the lab grown Diamond amazingly brilliant, having a VS1 Classification, the work done polishing the ring to bring out its original brilliance was amazing. It’s like I have a brand new ring. I appreciate the work restoring my university ring. It is better than it was originally. Thank you again Diamond Mine Jewelers 👌🏼👍🏼

This is one of those hidden gems. I was referred to this place by an employee at Jared to get my watch repaired. Not only did they repair it the same day they also polished my watch. It's family owned and they're extremely nice people who care about your possessions more than you do!!! Try them out. You won't be disappointed.

I am utterly appalled by the service I received at this jewelry store, they completely mishandled my watch beyond the initial repair. I brought my watch in for a straightforward strap repair. While the strap issue was resolved, I was later informed that there was “water damage to the motor” inside the watch, and they quoted an astonishing $925 for repairs. This is beyond unacceptable. Why was it necessary to open the watch to address a strap issue? Before this visit, the watch was in perfect working condition. Their explanation is both suspicious and unconvincing, leaving me to conclude that their actions directly caused the damage. The technician indicated he had to open the watch to investigate why the watch wasn’t working; however, as an expert, as he claims to be, he would understand that the watch wasn’t turning as it is powered kinetically and hadn’t been worn whilst in his possession and, thus, is simply without power. So, other than the fact that it wasn’t turning, what on earth would posses him to open the watch, for a simple strap repair??? To make matters worse, this watch holds significant sentimental value. It was a birthday gift given to me 13 years ago. While its original cost was $600, they are now quoting $925 for repairs—an outrageous amount, especially given the circumstances. This isn’t just a matter of financial cost; they have carelessly ruined an irreplaceable item with deep personal significance. This experience reflects a shocking lack of professionalism, skill, and accountability. I strongly caution anyone considering this store for their jewelry or watch repairs. Based on my experience, entrusting them with your valuables is a gamble you don’t want to take.
