I had a great experience working with Tad and Juliet at Diamonds Direct. I lost the diamond out of my wedding ring set years ago (I'm hard on jewelry) and finally decided to replace the diamond this year. Working with Tad, we found the perfect replacement diamond. So I had the updated ring for less than a month, and I hit something and broke the under part of the band (told you I am hard on jewelry). So, now working with Juliet, I left the ring to be fixed and picked it up yesterday. I am totally thrilled with the "new" ring. The band was repaired and it looks better and stronger than the original. Many thanks to the entire team!!
