After having it repaired and having to take it back a second time to have it repaired correctly, which they charged me for again by saying they are not responsible for how I take car of my jewelry, they made it worse. They did not correct the first repair, and then soldiered the links on my chain just millimeters from the first repair. They have ruined my gold chain and I had to have it shortened by one inch and I had to go to a reptile jewelry repair and have it repaired. Please do not entertain the though of using them,
Worst place ever, I came and bought a pair gold earrings for myself after a few times of getting them wet they tarnished and my ear was developing something like mold, I don’t think she sells real gold so I would not risk it, find a more thrust worthy place where you can buy your jewelry bc this place sucks
If I could give this 0 stars I would, I came to fix a bracelet and they put a new safety lock on both sides of the bracelet and they both tarnished, then I came by and reported the problem and then she hit me with “how you take care of your jewelry is not my problem” like why in the world would they tarnish they only reason they would tarnish is that they put fake ones on it, worst place ever do not recommend
