Let me preface this by saying the staff was sweet and their attitudes were not at all what I have issues with. The more detailed looking nails was the reference picture I showed the ladies doing my nails. I wanted the colored French tip with the flower designs with shellac. I was here for approximately 2 1/3 hours to get the nails you see below that are less pointed and obviously not a professional picture. The first 40-50 minutes was just someone shaping, filing, buffing my nails and trimming my cuticles (at one point my finger was pricked and I started to bleed when they were trimming the cuticles). I suspect it took this long because we got to the actual painting part after another woman arrived to take over. I was between 2 different designs because the pricing as explained to me was a little crazy. Just to change the color of the French tip was another $10, to add a design was going to be another $15. I asked if we could reduce that at all and the woman was very accommodating on that front and we got down to $50, but the flowers would be a lot more simple than in the picture which I was fine with but I didn’t understand how simple she meant otherwise I would’ve stuck with a classic French manicure. At some points we would just do one or two fingers after being painted into the little UV machine to cure them which is part of why it took so long. I don’t know if that’s a normal thing at some salons but all of the ones I’ve been to don’t do that. I know most people would say I could’ve spoken up and said I didn’t like it, but in my experience with getting my nails done you sometimes have to trust the process and the end product would look very well put together. The French tip itself wasn’t super rounded out and I tried pointing certain spots out to correct it, but honestly I didn’t want to be there much longer. It had already been awhile and I was tired. The flowers themselves don’t even look like flowers, but I said to keep them on my nails because without any contrast my nails didn’t look super good with just the blue tip. I personally didn’t have a great experience with the services provided, again not because of the attitudes of the workers, but the work itself wasn’t what I was expecting to pay for. For future customers, perhaps go when it’s a little busier (I went at 9:30am) so there’s more nail technicians and you might have a better experience.

I absolutely love this salon. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. Im never disappointed and get complimented. Decided to try powder this time and I think this will be my new go to set! The massages given here relax me so much i almost always fall asleep 😂

Service is great as always. Customer service is always stellar and the staff is very friendly. I enjoy coming here because it is relaxing and the work is always on point. The best part of my pedicure is the massage you receive... top notch! If you haven't tried Divine Nails you are cheating yourself of a wonderful and relaxing time. Great way to end my work week.

I have never walked out of a nail appointment before it was finished until today. I spent 2 hours in this salon and left with damaged natural nails, an unfinished manicure, and a pedicure that honestly looked like I could have done it myself at home. The attached photo shows the condition my nails were left in when I walked out. I am honestly the type of person who will stay through an uncomfortable situation because I feel bad leaving. I avoid confrontation and usually give people the benefit of the doubt. The fact that I actually walked out should say everything about how this appointment went. The manicure started with one new technician while the owner periodically came over to supervise and help. At one point, the owner took a fake nail tip, slid it underneath my existing dip powder, and began prying and lifting it off my natural nail. There had been little to no soaking beforehand, and the top layer hadn’t even been filed down enough for proper removal. I immediately told her I was concerned because I didn’t want my natural nails damaged. She responded that it was because I hadn’t specified it was acrylic powder and that she would have removed it differently. The problem is that she had asked if I had powder on my nails, and I told her yes. As a customer, I don’t know the technical terminology. I answered the question I was asked. I would expect a licensed nail technician to identify the product they are removing or ask the appropriate follow-up questions before beginning, not after damage had already been done. The technician continued working on my manicure while the owner checked in a couple more times. After nearly 2 hours, my manicure still wasn’t finished. My nails were uneven, over-filed, and left in the condition shown in the attached photo. I had to point out multiple issues throughout the appointment, and eventually I completely lost confidence in the quality of the work. When I decided to leave, the owner tried to convince me to stay by saying she could finish a cat-eye manicure in another 15 minutes. Nearly 20 minutes later, my nails still looked exactly as they do in the attached photo. I had already arranged childcare specifically for this appointment and felt incredibly frustrated that so much of my time and money had been wasted. I simply could not stay any longer. After everything that had happened, I no longer trusted them to continue working on my nails. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I was still charged the full price for the services, and a tip was still processed, even though I left with an unfinished manicure, damaged natural nails, and a pedicure I was unhappy with. They were friendly and very good at talking throughout the appointment, but unfortunately the quality of the work did not match the conversation. Please don’t let that give you a false sense of confidence. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before booking here. I left with damaged natural nails, an unfinished manicure, and a pedicure I was unhappy with. I genuinely hope no one else has the same experience I did.

Just moved to Texas. I have been to Divine twice and had great care both times. It will likely be my salon. Great prices and staff. It's relaxing with soft lighting, music and clean.
