These apartments are very nice, clean, and well maintained. Getting in touch with property management is stress free because they’re very frequently available and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.

I overheard a young man pouring out his heart to the cops. Im thinking it was a welfare check. This happened yesterday. He was expressing how he was overwhelmed because he’s being evicted and kicked to the streets because he is dealing with cancer that put him behind. He was telling them that he just got his money right and can pay extra for rent to make up what he fell behind. He said that landlord doesnt care and wont let him stay. I feel for the young man. I waited until everyone left and things calmed down and saw him walkin to the store. He is truly an amazing guy that just needs a break. He started a gofundme but hasnt really got any donations. Come on, have a heart and dont put this added stress to him. This is a heartbreaking story and I think you should put yourself in his shoes. **UPDATE: I called to check on the young man and he said they are kicking him out on the 30th. I wish I could help him. He’s distraught. You as a company should give him his money back and allow him time do move. It’s sickening to see this happen. Took his money earlier this month and now want him out by the 30th . He doesn’t get paid again until after the 30th. There has to be something you as company can do. This isn’t ok and it doesn’t look good on the company name.

Beautiful apartment inside and out! The interior and exterior are very cozy and well maintained. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Anytime there’s an issue, the team is right on it and does his best to resolve the problem the same day. I truly appreciate the quick response and great service. It’s a wonderful place to live!

The process of securing my apartment was seamless from start to finish. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, even though the entire process was handled over the phone.
