If I could, I would give this place 0 star. The hairdresser named Juan, who works at the second chair from the left, did a terrible job. First of all, I’ve never seen a hairdresser cut hair without spraying it with water or properly combing it. He started cutting my hair completely dry and seemed to be in a rush, as if he was trying to get through as many clients as possible just to make money. I had asked for layers, and at first I was in shock. I thought maybe I was being too critical and that the layers would show after I washed my hair. However, after showering, my hair was clearly uneven and there were no visible layers at all. It was a very poor result. I also tried to tell him to wet my hair because it would be difficult to get a proper cut otherwise, but he did not understand English. The only thing he kept saying was “okay” while nodding his head, without actually understanding my request. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hairdresser at all. He also really needs to improve his English so he can properly understand his clients.

I have been coming here for years to see Tien, he only works weekends, but is an excellent barber! There are several other very competent stylists as well. You can get a pedicure and manicure. Regular mens haircut is only $6.

Don Hair on Mason Road is a great place for a haircut. The prices are very economic, so you get excellent value for your money. The shop is clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The staff is very polite and friendly, and they always greet customers with a smile. They listen carefully to what style you want and take their time to do a neat and perfect job. The haircut looks fresh every time. The service is fast, but never rushed. It feels like a local, family-style salon that understands customer needs. I truly recommend Don Hair for quality and affordable haircuts.

They should take their work more calmly and provide better customer service. The guy who cut my hair finished in less than 5 minutes, and left me looking exactly the same as when I arrived at the salon. He just cut my hair and didn't style or fix it. It doesn't feel like he cares about what he's doing. It's hard to believe they gets paid for that.

I wanted to share an unfortunate experience I had today at this salon by the hair stylist next to the main entrance. I went for a haircut, and the lady who attended to me finished the haircut in just 5 minutes with quite rough handling. My neck is still burning because of this. To make matters worse, she didn't even bother to set my hair after the cut. At the end of the service, without even asking, they took a $4 tip. Although the men's haircut is supposed to be $6, they charged me $10 without my consent. This has left me very disappointed, and I have decided not to visit this salon again. I just wanted to give you all a heads up to stay away from this place to avoid any unpleasant experiences.
