Dont Yell At Me

Drinks were really good. Taste of milk tea was really nice and boba had good texture. Have been a customer for a long time and always found their plain teas are high quality. The Rose and Osmanthus jelly are very unique and not too sweet. Why a low review? I had very strange and off putting customer service. I order a milk tea with pearl on the tablet. I wanted milk tea with pearl but the pearl on the side so I could save for the next day. The employee tells me that they don't do it on the side because they seal the cups. I tell them, I've gotten it before at this location. They again say they have to seal the cup. I say its ok to seal it, I can open the cup and put in the boba when I want to. They proceed to make the drink as I asked with the pearl on the side in a small cup but to my surprise they have a removable cap. Unrelated to this, their sticker machine was having issues and didn't print out my order, probably added to the confusion. Its completely fine if they changed their policy and they don't want to do this but just explain to me the policy has changed they really don't do it anymore. Maybe that is what they were trying to say? But clearly there was the small cup and caps? At the Kirkland location, it is a tablet menu option. I said thank you as I picked up from the counter but the employee didn't look up and seemed to ignore me. Actually, usually the employees are very kind and helpful. I visited at 9:30 on May 28, 2026. I know end of the shift. Probably end of a long day but I don't really want attitude with my boba. Don't Yell at Me for my rant. Hope this helps bring and resolve issues down the line.

I’ve visited “Don’t Yell At Me” a couple of times and tried a variety of drinks. 1. Uji Matcha Smoothie with Cream Cheese The matcha-to-milk ratio was spot on—nicely balanced and easy to drink. The cream cheese topping was saltier than usual, which might surprise some, but the amount was well portioned. The strawberries weren’t sweet, which was a bit of a letdown, but overall the drink still had a good base. 2.Brown Sugar Milk Tea Loved the chewy texture of the boba. The drink itself leaned more on the sweet side and could’ve used a stronger tea flavor to round it out, but it’s a decent pick if you prefer milder teas. 3. Lychee Tea My friend tried this one on our second visit. It reminded us of canned lychee—not super fresh (I didn’t quite like it), but if you're into that nostalgic flavor, you might enjoy it. 4. Mango Tea Probably my favorite out of the bunch. It tasted fresh, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. Super refreshing and definitely a solid choice. 5. Crème Brûlée Tea This one didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It was kind of disappointing. The drink was overly rich and greasy, probably due to the heavy cream. Plus, they didn’t do the sugar torching on top, which was what I was most excited about. :(

Good boba place. We went there on a weekday in the afternoon and they didn’t offer the hot option for any of their drinks.

Tried three different drinks over two times there, the Jasmine green tea one is so flat. I threw it away pretty soon. The original milk tea and rose milk tea is fine but I barely finish them too. Honey pearl boba is good though, if you are into sweetness. Overall I think I don’t regret too much for trying this place, but I don’t like the hype.

Delicious Brown Sugar Pearl, Traditional Milk Tea, and Mango Green Tea. I chose 50% sugar and it was yum, but will get 25% on my next visit. Quick service and great place for late night Boba cravings!
