Amazing customer service and nail service! Tim is my nail tech, and his Gel-X work is always spot on. He does an amazing job every single time, and I’m always happy with how my nails turn out! The Vietnamese iced coffee is also such a great treat, and on my last visit, the owner went above and beyond and made it herself. Such a nice personal touch and just another reason I love coming here. Highly recommend Tim, especially if you’re looking for beautiful Gel-X nails! 💅✨

Thank you Sarah and Hannah!! Sarah did my nails and designs last time I came in and they are wonderful!! This pic is from about a week after my appointment and they still look incredible. Sarah always makes sure my nails are perfect and I am in love with the quality and her kindness!! I also love the pedicures I get get with Hannah and she always has a smile to share and her massages are amazing!! Its important to me to have a good experience, and these two ladies always go above and beyond to make me feel special. Love you ladies and will see you soon!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my last visit. Within just a few days of my appointment, my nails began chipping and breaking. I couldn’t come back right away because I was on vacation. Eight days after my service, one of my nails had lifted completely. Because a lifted nail can trap moisture and bacteria, I asked for the nail to be completely removed rather than simply repaired. Initially, the staff did not want to remove it, and I had to insist because I was concerned about what might be underneath. Unfortunately, there was already a fungal infection. The tech was going to ignore and pretend like he didn’t see it until I spoke up. Even still, they wanted to discount it like it wasn’t a big deal. In my opinion, the nail lifted because of poor application by the technician, not because of anything I did. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have never had a nail lift that badly in less than ten days. Rather than taking responsibility or offering to make the situation right, I felt they were more focused on blaming me for the nail lifting. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. I left upset, and now dealing with a nail fungus. If you care about the health of your nails, avoid this place.

I’ve gone to Dorado for 3 visits now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The atmosphere is very chic and clean, service quality is amazing, and they have a huge color selection! Summer does a wonderful job on builder gel and nail designs, she does the details so good and her vibe is so calm and nice (which I appreciate because I love to relax while I get my nails done!). I definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone in the area!!

When I came 4/25 I told the tech my nail was going to chip she made it seem ok. That same night it broke. I came back the following week to get it fixed and they told me to come back in 2 hours to fix one corner. They claim they only had one tech who could fix it in the entire establishment. Mind you I had to have my daughter since I had to come back. This should have been fixed last week when I mentioned it but now wasting time coming back and have to wait 2 hours was insane. So on a busy Saturday only one nail tech could service a walk in for 2 hours? I just left and decided to leave a review.
