Dorado Nail Bar

I am very disappointed with the quality of the shellac manicure I received. It has only been one week since my appointment, and several nails are already lifting, peeling, and chipping around the edges and cuticle area. A shellac manicure should last much longer than this, especially after just a few days. I have had shellac done many times before and have never experienced this level of lifting so quickly. I paid for a professional service expecting quality and durability, but unfortunately the manicure did not hold up. I reached out with photos hoping for a resolution and am still waiting to see how the situation will be handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of its application process and customer service. Update: I am willing to update this review if the salon provides a fair resolution to the issue.

The salon was clean, relaxing, and had such a great atmosphere. 💅✨ A huge thank you to Mina for doing such an incredible job on my nails! She was patient, detailed, and made sure everything came out perfect. You can truly tell she cares about her work and her clients. I had an amazing experience at Dorado Nail Bar! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top tier. The manager, Thi, was extremely informative and knowledgeable about all the services and made sure everything ran smoothly. Leo did an excellent job on my nails — very detailed and professional. Jenny absolutely exceeded my expectations with my pedicure; it was so relaxing and perfectly done. On top of that, the drinks were definitely strong and enjoyable! The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the experience worth every minute. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Dorado Nail Bar to anyone looking for quality service and a great atmosphere!

The first time I came had the most amazing experience with Marian! She did the best nails and has the best service… yesterday she wasn’t working and everything just went downhill. Hard to find the same products as the first time (not all techs are familiar with all the products) had to ask multiple times for my complementary drink (they just don’t care for the service) and had to make sure they were doing what I asked for (as they want to do more expensive services and then just charge you at the end) the salon has everything you need, it would be the best place to get nails done in Houston if everyone worked like Mari. Just make an appointment with her and you’ll have the best experience.. for the rest is no better than any other place 🤷‍♀️ in the photos I want to show that they look decent as they were just done but you can she the paint that went over the border of the nail, in a few days I know I’ll need a new set as the edges are not smooth and stuff will they in there… just sad I have to pay so much to not be happy because of the lack of consistency

Overall good experience here and I’ve been coming for about 6 months now. Mina does an amazing job, listens to your needs, and provides multiple solutions. Always attentive to my designs and care of my natural nails. Thank you Mina!!
