Dots Boba

I ordered online for pick up and I did not enjoy the items I received. I ordered a black sesame milk tea, a black sugar lava milk, a green Thai tea, and black sesame and mochi eggettes. The eggettes had a bad presentation as were soggy and cold. The black sesame and mochi were not spread out enough to cover all the eggettes puffs. The green Thai tea didn’t have any Thai tea flavor, it just talked like sweet milk. The only good thing was the black sesame milk tea and black sugar lava milk. I regret wasting my money and if I knew that the eggettes would be so bad, I would not have ordered it. I really especially disappointed at the eggettes. I don’t know what excuse or reason for why the eggettes turned out how they did. I did not come late for my pick up, I came right on time when the order was supposed to be ready.

Came here for the first time and got my all time favorite! A hot Jasmine green tea. I like to get it with 30% sugar, whole milk and no toppings. This definitely kept me warm on a night out at Ocean!

Clumpy boba started clumping like 10 mins into getting the drink. Also both Jasmine gmt and gardenia mt did not taste like how it should normally. Very odd experience, did not satisfy my boba craving regretted it 5 mins into drinking to drinking it. Not to mention a bit overpriced for a basic milk tea drink

Ordered eggettes here, the smell is legit just from entering the store, very cozy atmosphere and the menu is huge! Eggette flavors are creative and tasty, would definitely come back. 👍🏻 …

I don't know where my review went but this is a partial review between my son's and myself. We got the crispy chicken, the mango cocoa and the black sugar lava milk. The taiwanese crispy chicken is so good that my sons are eating it even with the hint of "salty and spice." That's good! (Add a few Thai basil to add an extra touch of flavor.) The mango cocoa my son said that it's good. He's contented this is with all the regular options. For the black sugar lava milk my son also said open quote it's good, obviously. I also got the free drink for leaving a review so I also updated this review. ** the screens have an issue with the display & audio for one of the slides. Might want to take a look at that.
