Down to Earth Dental

I had an outstanding experience at Down to Earth Dental, from the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming, clean and calming. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check in process simple and stress-free. My dental assistant was friendly and attentive, helping me feel comfortable right away. My dentist was incredibly gentle, patient and thorough, she took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure I understood each step! Down to Earth Dental is exactly the kind of place you want for dental care - professional, kind and genuinely focused on the patient experience.

Very polite staff and dentist. She always has a smile and asks about my family and seems very genuine about caring bout not only me but my family. I have always had a fear of dentist offices even though I worked in the industry for 15 years. She has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and the huygentist And assistants and doctors there along with the front staff are great. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else

I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. My dental hygienist is kind, professional, and do a very thorough job with routine cleanings. At my most recent visit, my doctor completed a filling with the help of another hygienist in about 15 minutes. I was impressed by how efficient they were without sacrificing quality. She also checked multiple times afterward to make sure my bite felt right, which I really appreciated. The whole team is friendly, attentive, and makes every visit comfortable. Highly recommend!

First visit, so far so good! Really cute, calming office decor. Attentive staff. The dentist seemed very knowledgeable and invested in the health of my teeth. The hygienist was super thorough and kind also. I think I'll be happy here!

They were able to get me in quickly for an urgent appointment. Dr. Song and his assistant were warm, friendly, and super helpful. This the first time the dentist actually listened to my concerns and told me "I will do whatever you choose" but he made sure I fully understood all of my options. Karen in the front office is also amazing. I don't have insurance and like anybody, I was concerned with how to pay for it. She provided great information on what to look for with different plans and financing options. After this visit, I'm confident that I can get the treatment I need and want, not what an insurance plan dictates I can or cannot have done.
