I’ve been a patient here for many years and this is the first time I have to leave a review. I just got my blood work done by a new lady (african american) who i’ve never seen before in this office. In the past, it was a different lady. The new lady was not professional at all. When she was drawing my blood, she couldn’t access my veine, so instead of switching to the other hand, she decided to move the needle around under my skin just to try to find the veine. I saw it and I asked her what happen, she stopped and said she couldn’t find it. She took the needle out and told me to switch hand. She didn’t stop until I asked her which was very frustrating. After that, because she moved the needle, my hand was left with two large bruises. Now I have to try to hide the bruises when going to work. It’s really affecting my work right now and I don’t even know when it is gonna fade away.

1 star is still too generous for this place. Absolutely the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. The front desk and phone desk staff are completely incompetent and unbelievably rude. I waited over a MONTH for my appointment. During that entire time, they kept making me “fix” my information again and again, acting like they couldn’t do their job unless everything was perfect. I did EVERYTHING they told me to do. They finally scheduled me. Then I show up, after waiting a month and taking a day off work, and suddenly they tell me my information is wrong AGAIN. Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake, they had the audacity to blame me and say it was because the appointment wasn’t “checked carefully.” That is YOUR job, not mine. They wasted a month of my time and a whole work day for nothing. No apology. No accountability. Just rude attitude and excuses. They talk to patients like it’s the patient’s fault for their own incompetence. I will NEVER come back here again. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. This clinic does not respect patients and does not deserve anyone’s time or money.

I absolutely cannot express the same sentiments to the receptionists/nurses/etc; they are somehow always impatient, rude, and extremely snappy. Very disappointing to have healthcare workers who don't respect and care for patients; completely against what healthcare workers should be.

I had an outstanding experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a calming atmosphere. The healthcare providers were attentive, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling confident and well cared for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch medical care. 5 stars all the way!
