Đăng nhập để đánh giáMy providers have been great. Haseena and CJ are awesome !! The people behind the scenes however … they can never find my labs , they don’t send the labs my lab half the time . They have tried to cancel my appointments because they don’t see my labs even though they’ve been done and they eventually find them. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ORDER FOR ANOTHER PATIENT TOO!
If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT COME HERE. I reported a 30-pound weight gain in 30 days, followed by another 12 pounds in just 3 days, and was told not to worry because the doctor was “only looking at my thyroid.” When I asked about cortisol testing, I was told “if you want,” but advised to wait two months so I wouldn’t “waste” blood work. No ACTH levels were checked, no evaluation for PCOS or Cushing’s disease was done, and no pituitary imaging was considered. I felt dismissed and unheard. A second doctor took this seriously, ordered proper testing, and found significant health issues that were missed. Extremely concerning care.
Doctors are good and once you get ahold of them, they are very professional and competent. Front desk has alot to desired. No answering machine. Too many times, don't always answer phone during office hours. Trying to communicate, change or cancel an appointment in advance is an act of God. Front desk is very odd & lacksadaisical vs the professionalism of the Doctors. After the front office saw this review, the front office, told me they refused to see me again as a client, RATHER THAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPROVING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on them.
They are a complete mess behind the scenes . The people getting labs and making appointments etc. idk what they are doing but no one is on the same page. I’ll have two different people call me in one day with no knowledge the other had already called. They’ve sent me completely wrong labs for another patient that held me up terribly at the lab. Pretty sure that’s a HIPPA violation as well! Then they have the nerve to call and ask where my labs are when they didn’t even send the to the lab OR me .. They sent me some other strangers labs .. it’s just a MESS. I’m frustrated everytime I see them calling or messaging me honestly to where my fiance has even noticed and knows who’s calling . I have to say the 2 providers I’ve seen I’ve been very happy with.
I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I’ve received from my endocrinologist Dr. Haseena Mirza throughout my health journey. From the beginning, my doctor has treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being. Every visit, she took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide me with the best possible guidance to manage my condition. I’m thrilled to say that, with her expert care and encouragement, I’ve reached my healthcare goals and feel healthier than ever. My doctor was just as happy for me as I was, celebrating my progress every step of the way. It’s been a great experience having a physician who truly cares about their patients’ successes.
