Horrible experience with the staff here. Good luck trying to get through to anyone. Manager is unresponsive as well.

Dr. Nguyen is brilliant and intuitive, not just listening to me but watching and taking copious and accurate notes. Her treatment recommendations are effective and for that I am grateful. Her staff are always cheerful and professional and I love the convenience of getting labs done while I'm there.I picked her name from a long list of providers and I know I got the right one!

My doctor-John Nguyen left this last spring and I had no other choice than to go with his sister in the same office. Well, in my opinion, she’s not thorough. Assessment was very minimal and she seems like she does not care much about her patients like her brother did. Dr John Nguyen will always call me with my lab results as soon as they are out but not his sister -Wendy Nguyen, will not. In the 21su century, I will not think a doctor will carry out some lab test on a patient, and is reluctant about communicating the result to the patient. Am never going back to that office. I loved it when Dr John Nguyen was there, but since he left, it’s not the same. I visited third week of last month-November, for my physical and today is December 22nd, still no call from this office to communicate my lab result. I take offense in this because it will be the first physical I’ve done in the last few years without a doctor calling me with my results. I don’t usually post reviews, but am obligated to do this for the sake of other people wanting to visit this office. Please don’t go here!!!! Be warned.

I love Dr. Nguyen. She is insightful and listens to her patients. Her staff is courteous and helpful. Appointment times are respected. Would recommend her without hesitation. She is an excellent physician.

Dr. Wendy Nguyen lacks emotional intelligence. Her lack of emotional intelligence is an indicator of her lack of confidence as a physician. A confident physician who is able to relate in an empathic manner should be able to handle any medical emergency without resorting to detention, drugs or threats of restraints. A confident physician would not allow or permit a patient to be detained (emergency). Dr. Wendy Nguyen will not hesitate to use forced dentation; Dr. Wendy Nguyen lacks confidence as a physician. By detaining individuals (private patients) against their will and by prescribing neuroleptic drugs is to do harm. Such actions serve solely to disempower, humiliate and traumatize the individual and in the long run do more harm than good. The practice of medicine (embodied within the patient and the physician relationship) is a moral and imperative duty to care for patients and to lessen suffering. The relationship is based on the ability to build long-lasting relationship (patient/physician) necessary to experience a level of trust and respect. Seek a physician who truly embraces Hippocrates’ “do no harm”.
