[UPDATE - 3/13/2026]: Within an hour of posting this review, Dr. C personally reached out to me. He took the time to understand what went wrong during my follow-up and offered to work with me to find a solution. I appreciate him taking my concerns seriously and reaching out so quickly. I am scheduling another appointment with his office and will update this review again based on how things progress. ____________________________________________________________ My initial visit with Dr. C was pleasant and thorough. He was kind, and I gladly paid for some additional out-of-pocket tests, thinking I had found my new regular optometrist after my previous one retired. Unfortunately, the follow-up completely changed my mind. After spending $150 on new glasses online, my vision was still fuzzy. I went back to address this, but the experience was entirely different. Dr. C seemed very hurried and impatient. Instead of doing a proper re-exam to find the issue, he quickly checked the lenses, held up one piece of glass in front of my eye, and handed me a "new" prescription. I later realized this was just my old, outdated prescription—the exact one I had come in to replace in the first place. Now my yearly insurance benefits are exhausted, I’m out $150 plus out of pocket exam expenses and I'm back to square one with blurry vision. It genuinely felt like the level of care dropped significantly once it was a non-billable follow-up visit. If you go here, make absolutely sure your prescription is perfect on the first try.

I accidentally broke my glasses. I stopped by this optician, and they fixed them right away without charging me anything. The team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. A truly pleasant experience — many thanks to the whole team!

I have been coming here for 30 years & I actually have an appointment with them in 2 weeks. I'm happy that they were able to get my lens back n. I'm the type of guy who always stays with a place & I still will but the past few times I've been there they're really not friendly at all. Besides that the location is great & there's a nice pizza place across the street. They do have a very good selection of glasses to choose from. Plus, they get right to you & you're out of there in a jiffy. See you soon

Dr. Chris never returns your call and when he does talk to you with an attitude be aware of this address they order items and claim Yes They did not receive it. This address is a scam be aware.

This is my second time here and I saw Dr. Trinh both times so I am writing this review based on my experience with her. She gave me a similar impression like last time: professional, very thorough, intelligent, and lovely. She goes into depth with the exams, such as glaucoma screening. I told her about a remote history of a retinal hole I had and she carefully checked it both times. Her explanations are very thorough and she would go into more details as I inquire. I cannot say I got this level of care from prior optometrists I’ve seen. We would also laugh together during the appointment so she is very down to earth. She will also consider my work environment and adjust my prescription as needed. Same with trialing contacts lenses. Thanks, Dr. Trinh.
