The best jewelry store in Dallas, communication was ON POINT, best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I loved how unique all their jewelry looked. I had so much help and prices are so reasonable!!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

I do not recommend this place. I purchased this ring and was offered to have it resized. However, when I received it back, the result was disappointing. According to the staff, this work was considered acceptable, but it clearly isn’t. I would like my ring properly fixed, but it seems they don’t have anyone qualified to do so.

I’ve had mixed experiences at Dubai Jewelry. A couple of months ago, I worked with one of the brothers (dark hair), and he was excellent—fair, professional, and transparent. He charged me $30 for molding and adjusting my bracelet, and the work was done perfectly. That positive experience is the only reason I came back. Unfortunately, my experience today with the other brother—the one with lighter/blonde hair (Ahmed) was completely different. For a similar (or even simpler) repair on an anklet, I was quoted $90. When I mentioned my previous visit, instead of giving a clear explanation, he kept changing his response, talking about how much he pays money for his worker and talking about McDonald fast food worker’s salary —lowering the price, then saying he would do it “for free” as if it were a favor, and even suggesting his brother made a mistake. I wasn’t asking for a favor—I just wanted fair and consistent pricing. The situation became uncomfortable from both sides, and instead of resolving it professionally, he refused to do the repair and walked away. It’s disappointing because one brother provides great service and builds trust, while the other creates confusion and an unprofessional experience.

I am writing to share my high recommendation for Dubai Jewelry. They offer an excellent selection of jewelry, and I was especially pleased to find that they carry Habesha jewelry. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. If you are looking for quality pieces and a great shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting them.

I love this place so much , people are amazing and they truly treat their customers with the best care they can give , they have really pretty gold pieces makes it so hard to choose what to get. Highly recommended this place 10/10 always
