If you drive a high-performance EV and actually care about who touches it, look no further than E & C Auto Care. I originally found them on Facebook Marketplace offering incredibly cost-effective pricing. After seeing their high reviews, I decided to take a chance, and they completely exceeded my expectations. If you own a Tesla, you probably already know the struggle with the factory suspension setup. Because of the complete lack of factory alignment adjustability in the rear, the negative camber was chewing up my inner tread, and I was having to replace expensive tires every 15,000 to 20,000 miles max. I brought my Model S in to get a set of aftermarket adjustable rear camber arms installed to finally correct the geometry, along with a very specific custom alignment. It is incredibly difficult to find a shop that truly knows Teslas inside and out, but the owner, Edwin, and the manager, Jose, are the real deal. They understood exactly what I was trying to achieve to save my tires and dialed the specs in flawlessly. Best of all, the service was incredibly efficient—I was in and out with zero hassle. The results completely transformed the car. The terrifying rear-end wobble it used to have under heavy acceleration is completely gone, and the power delivery is unbelievably planted. Now, my car is an absolute launching machine and handles like no other cars out there. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of honesty, speed, technical expertise, and fair pricing. Huge thanks to Edwin and Jose for getting it done right. I will for sure go back for any future work and highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have a Tesla!

I came across this shop through a Facebook ad and noticed they had really reasonable pricing so I decided to schedule an appointment for my front and rear brakes. I’m glad I gave them a try! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and they get straight to work. Unlike some chain auto repair places, they don’t pressure you or try to upsell unnecessary services. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was smooth. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service. Finding them through Facebook turned out to be a great decision. Definitely recommend!

This guys are awesome…… they helped me with my purge valve relay on my 2020 Silverado 2.7 turbo. They gave a decent t price for labor and they did a fantastic job. Thanks guys. Honesty goes a long way, I had left my credit card for almost a week at the shop. When I showed up, the receptionist knew who I was and gave me my card. She had it locked up and secured. Definitely wil be returning so they can clean and reprogram my throttle body and I will follow up on a second review. Come by and see them. Again gracias, Edwin!
