Ecclesia Bakery & Brunch - Coppell

Love this bakery! The pastries are flaky, flavorful and perfectly sweet. I especially enjoyed their twisted cream donut and croissants. They also have some pretty good breakfast options. I tried their Yuzu tea and was pretty good. Definitely recommend.

I love this little bakery with its tinted windows. Gives it a secluded kinda vibe. The bakery display and the aroma of the coffee are magnetic. My fav, as a sweet tooth, is honestly their chocolate glazed croissant lol

I stopped by on a weekend on my first visit. The place is small and modern. The pastries and drink were all delicious. Thought they might’ve been extremely busy at the time I arrived, so I had to wait quite a while for my smoothie, Id definitely come back. Recommended.

Each visit has been great at the bakery! Perfect for breakfast and brunch! I truly enjoy their iced matcha! The fresh options from the bakery are well worth it as well as the treats (cupcakes, cakes and macoroons)

I went in blindly (just saw the building on the side of the road) and had a really solid experience. The vibe is clean, minimal, and cozy with a calm atmosphere. It is a great spot for a relaxed brunch or casual meetup. The space was very clean, including the restrooms. Seating looks nice, although the wooden chairs are not the most comfortable for long stays. Service is fast casual. You order at the front and then find a seat. I was greeted quickly and everything was smooth, but don’t expect to be checked on during the meal which is okay to me. There is also a bakery section where you can grab pastries yourself, which is a nice touch. I ordered a white chocolate mocha with oat milk and it was excellent! It was well balanced, not too sweet, and the temperature was perfect. 5/5 For food, I tried the open faced salmon toast sandwich and the chicken & waffles. The salmon toast was the highlight! 5/5 The salmon was fresh and silky, paired with fluffy eggs, a slice of crispy bacon, capers, and arugula on a nicely toasted base. Everything worked so well together and the flavors were so balanced. Even the tater tots were nice and crispy which I loved. I would come back just for this dish. The chicken and waffles were good but not as strong. The chicken was well seasoned, crispy, and mostly juicy, though slightly tough. The waffle is more of a soft dense, chewy waffle (think Liege waffle) rather than light and crispy Belgian waffle. It had good flavor with the caramel drizzle and pecans, but felt more like a premade bakery waffle than a freshly made one. The syrup presentation felt a bit basic. It came in a small plastic container, which didn’t quite match the otherwise elevated aesthetic of the dish. 4/5 The total felt fair for the portion sizes and quality. The wait was a little longer than expected, but the tasty food made up for it. Overall, I would come back and recommend it, especially for the salmon toast. Just be mindful that some dishes are stronger than others. The baked goods were great!
