Eden Spa

The spa was dirty with lots of accumulated dust, dust bunnies, dead bugs on the windows sills and the pillows on the couch were extremely stained. The people were polite and friendly, they took me back pretty much on time and performed services for the amount of time charged. The massage therapist gave a good massage but didn't massage my neck or shoulders at all. Wasn't sure why other than maybe it was a time management issue? I definitely never said to avoid that area. She sort of started to do that area and then said my time had concluded. Was strange and that's my favorite area, so I was very disappointed as I hardly ever treat myself to the pricey luxury of the spa. The full body scrub was underwhelming to say the least. The product hardly had any exfoliant in it and what it did have felt like a couple of really small, soft poppy seeds. It pretty much did nothing at all and it isn't massaged on, it is just like a lotion that's rubbed on and dries out quickly. She had me lay face up for the entire thing and then asked me to sit up crossed legged on the table to do my back. She also kept asking me to bridge up so she could roll the top sheet up underneath me and partially remove sections of the top sheet after finishing up with exfoliating that area of my body. Was weird and not very relaxing to have to keep bridging and sitting up. Between the back-to-back massage and exfoliating sessions, I had to put a robe on my naked body and sit out in the waiting room while the therapist "changed the sheets" (this was after all the bridging and rolling of the other top sheet I might add). It probably took 10-15 minutes (not sure if she went on break too or what?!) and then I was allowed back into the same room with the same therapist. Was confusing, uncomfortable and took away from the relaxation of the services which I had assumed would happen successively. Side Note: If you've suffered from a mold illness, CIRS or MCS you'll most likely react to this old building. I have CIRS and reacted big time right away and it's lasted for days.

I was in town for work and needed a massage. Ms Katie Scott took excellent care of me. I wish i lived in Denver. This would be my go to spa! Also, as a tea lover, their hot tea was spectacular. I had to get some to go.

We had a couples massage and it was amazing. The staff was attentive to troubled muscles and very professional. We have had our fair share of massages around Denver and this place was one of my favorite massage spots. We will be back!

Eden spa is an amazing and wonderful place! The staff are friendly and caring. It’s the perfect escape and relaxation great for a spa day. I have never been disappointed in any of the services or staff. When Taylor my trusted massage therapist left the staff was very helpful and kind in helping me find a new massage therapist. The waiting area is peaceful and calm helping set the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and calm.

This spa is amazing, we went for a bachelorette party and had the whole place to ourselves. The staff was so friendly and accommodating with having champagne glasses ready and helping with a beautiful cheese board. Everyone loved their treatments! So relaxing and we all left feeling rejuvenated. 10/10 would recommend!!
