EDKIN Dental Ion Rotaru DMD & Miguel A Lopez Jr DMD PA

This was the BEST experience I have had at a dentist office. I HIGHLY recommend Ion Rotaru! His staff is friendly and caring. I had a tooth that was infected and needed to be pulled. Dr. Rotaru did what he could to make sure the procedure was pain free. He removed the tooth like a pro and cleaned the infection out the best he could. It was overall a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. Thank you again for your services.

Dr. Miguel Lopez at Edkin Dental is an absolute OG. I’ve had a significant amount of serious dental work over the years, including multiple extractions, an implant, and several periodontal procedures, so I have a pretty solid frame of reference when it comes to dental surgery and recovery. I went in believing I needed two teeth extracted. After examining me, Dr. Lopez told me I only needed one. That immediately stood out to me. He could have easily recommended additional work, but instead he treated only what was actually necessary. That kind of honesty and integrity matters. The procedure itself was on another level. His daughter drew my blood, they processed it in a centrifuge, and Dr. Lopez used the resulting platelet-rich material to create a natural membrane over the surgical area to help protect it and support healing. I had never experienced that approach before. The most impressive part is that he performed the extraction yesterday, and I have had essentially zero pain. No throbbing, no miserable recovery, nothing. When you’ve had as much dental work as I have, you learn very quickly that skill, technique, and attention to detail make a huge difference. Dr. Lopez is exceptionally skilled, honest, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. If you’re nervous about an extraction, implant, or serious dental work, this is a dentist I would trust with my own family. Dr. Lopez and the entire team at Edkin Dental deserve every one of these five stars.

Dr. Lopez and his team are great. I have been with them for about 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. Lopez is not only a great dentist, but also an honest person who focuses on treatments that are truly necessary instead of trying to upsell unnecessary procedures. His wife also helps in the office sometimes, and I will never forget how kind and caring she was during a procedure when I was very anxious and scared. She even held my hand during the process, who does that nowadays? Lisa, the dental hygienist, is also wonderful and has been keeping my teeth nice and clean for many years. Thank you Dr. Lopez and team!
