El Bolillo Bakery

The cake was very nice put together and decorated very nicely. The only thing I would give 10 out of 10 is for the Display of the cake the actual taste if I can give it no stars, I would not give that cake tasting any stars at all because the frosting was very bitter. It was not good at all. It’s so bad that they should not offer coloring that taste that horrible so if you can’t eat it, it’s a total waste. That’s why I will get this cake I got made at this bakery zero if I Had four thumbs I gave them all four thumbs down for the taste of that cake I wouldn’t take that cake even if they was giving it to me for free that’s how horrible it was

I was looking so forward to enjoying our Sunday with some pan. We’re on the way home and I decide to eat an empanada de pina and there is literally a black hair baked into the pan!!!! I’m so grossed out and no one answers the phone!!!!

So as of today i have always been a returned customer i went to buy bolillos that are on the open i always went to buy them i walked in there was flies all over the bread It was so nasty I told the older lady if they had fresh bread in the back of any chance she said she would go tell them then the younger girl in the cashier Elizabeth L. Im not sure if that's the girl but she charged me on that cashier she was the one who was told and and just kept working and didnt bring to my attention or anything so sad for them to treat the customers in a bad disrespectful manner i didnt want to start problems but i will take care of it in a better matter i hope the customers are aware of this isn't healthy for your customers 😔

It's always pretty fresh bread nice atmosphere but sometimes only one a couple of pieces to go in my coffee I seldom carry cash I use my card but here if you buy on your card you have to get over $5 worth or they won't take it

Can't find a better bakery in Pasadena Tx or the Houston area. Pastries are always fresh and now they are selling flour tortillas, tamales and champurrado
