I took my 11-year-old daughter in for a V-layer haircut, but instead, we walked out with just a trim. Both my older daughter and I clearly explained to the stylist what we wanted and even agreed on how much hair should be cut. I understand she needed to even out the ends, but once that was done, she ran her fingers through my daughter’s hair, looked at me like she was finished, and waited for my reaction. I reminded her we had asked for a V-layer cut, and she responded that doing that would require cutting the hair up to shoulder length. My daughter’s hair was originally past her waist—and now it barely reaches halfway down her back. The stylist completely ignored our request and did what she felt was best, not what we asked for. We waited over two hours just for my daughter to get a layered haircut, only to leave with a basic trim I could’ve done at home. Never again. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I started my hair growth journey here about 4 years ago now and this is the first place that i truly love. the hairstylist really knows my hair texture, and from day 1 she listens to what i want. I can show her 1 or 2 inspo photos and she respects my decisions while also guiding me to the look i want. She is honest about if the hairstyle will suite my lifestyle. For example, in the AM I like to get up and go! I style my hair occasionally. She doesnt judge my impulsively cut bangs. I moved out about 2 hours from this here location but I make time to come out because Lucia is that great! my hair grows back faster and looks gorgeous. i really trust this shop ❤️

Luz did my hair on 8/11 and omg it came out amazing! I couldn't be happier! I would 10/10 recommend her

Charged me $150 dollars for hair and makeup! Showed them a pic of what i wanted and it was nowhere near that. Makeup was very poorly done. My eyelashes and eyeliner were put on incorrectly, The foundation wasn’t even my color! I had bought my own but they thought it was better to use their own. Make up brushes were NOT sanitized before use! I had to come home and take most of it off. Hairdo was no where near what I wanted. Also, they are not very gentle with you hair. Def not worth $150 dollars!

After my experience I would not highly recommend this place!! When I got there the place was empty, which was great . There was only one lady in the shop and she was on the phone and decided to start doing my hair while on the phone which I don't mind. She seemed nice too but I don't think she puts effort into giving what customers truly want. I showed the lady a picture of the haircut I wanted which was short curtain bangs with layers. She only took one glance at my picture and started. The whole process only took 15 mins. After she was done I wasn't completely satisfied because she only gave me alil bit of layer and she said I don't need curtain bangs bc I already have them on my hair shape but what I already have is long bangs I asked for short curtain bangs. The whole point of me showing her a picture is so she gets the idea of what I want not what she thinks is right for me. If she wanted to take another glance at the picture I would've gladly showed it to her, but she didn't ask. At that point I was already dissatisfied because it seems like she didn't care about what I want. So when she charged me it was 30$ which I don't think is fair considering the quality she did doesn't fit the price but I payed anyways. Another thing to mention is the fact that she asked me to help tip her store a couple of dollars which I don't think it's right to do. Why would I tip a business who didn't give me the haircut I wanted. If I was truly happy with my haircut and experience I would gladly tip her no problem. I'm assuming she asked me for a tip because their business is not getting enough customers daily. I would hope this shop improves there customer satisfaction in the future otherwise for now I would not recommend coming here.
