Took my Lexus NX in for brake job in Sept 2024. I was told that he only uses OEM parts. This morning (July 2026), I had my car serviced and inspected at a Lexus dealership. After less than 2 years (driven less than 16,000 miles), I was informed that I need brake job done ASAP and that have aftermarket parts were installed. Folks, avoid this shop!

I highly recommend you avoid this repair shop. Took my 2004 tundra in for lower ball joints and timing belt water pump. So he says he would use oem lower ball joints, well that’s lie number 1. In the cost of this repair is an alignment, lie number 2. Got the truck back and it’s not driving straight and steering wheel is crooked. So I asked for a print out of the alignment before and after so he just refunds me for that because he never did it. He had asked if I wanted an oil change while the truck was there and I said sure. $94 oil change and he didn’t change the filter. He said they didn’t have one. So is charging me for it the right thing to do vs going down the street to get a filter?. This guy is a crook. The truck is at bensons automotive where they are honest and reliable. They just let me know and showed me that the lower ball joints are not oem. There’s a reason Mr.Phan always has availability to work on your vehicle and that’s because people learn where to avoid. He did refund me for the alignment and oil change but I’ll never go back for service. I have included pictures of the old oil filter which is how I found out about the oil change. And pictures of the tie rod ends which hadn’t been touched which is how I knew he lied about taking the truck to a shop for alignment. I used to be a tech and I’m just hoping the timing belt job he did didn’t have any skipped steps or parts. I’m also needing grease fittings for the aftermarket lower ball joints that require grease that he didn’t install or grease, not a huge deal to have to do but he should definitely know better to not lie to a customer who knows what they are looking at. Forgot to mention, had him check out my brakes because they didn’t feel right he gave the a ok that all was well. Took it to Bensons and got an answer shortly after dropping it off that my caliper was frozez, replaced it and my brakes are like new again. I also had them give me a quote for the same work he did and they were also cheaper and to boot they do the work without lying about it so win win.

When Monday 12/29/3025 to get oil change on my Toyota Tundra which he charge me $140.00 for the service and on Wednesday 12/31/2025 I noticed a puddle of oil under the truck on my driveway, he was close Wednesday and Thursday so I took the truck to Valvoline in Pearland parkway they confirmed that it was leaking because Elite Auto Clinic had damaged the bolt thread and over tight the bolt damaging the pan causing to just star leaking. Now I have to replace the whole oil pan. I will recommend to really think twice before you take your vehicle to this place.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced since I was in high school and Quan and his team have always been efficient with top quality service at a great price . I will never go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!

These guys are efficient. Came in for oil change and cosmetic tubing. I will most definitely be coming back. The owner was coming into the waiting room giving us the clients updates on our vehicles, I mean , who does that? These guys are great. GS 350
