As a young female I have unfortunately been to multiple body shops that try to get me to have unnecessary work done to my car. Quality repair at a fair price. Paid far less than what the dealer was going to charge. Mike was very kind, understanding and helpful. Since my car was going to take multiple days, they even offered me a free loaner car. Highly recommend!

Can’t speak enough good things about the staff and service. Mr. Mike the service manager was communicative, very thorough, and explained every step of the process so I knew what to expect. My service tech kept me updated and had no hesitation with calling me to get more details. He was knowledgeable and was able to identify an issue that the dealership missed. They even told me about things to be on the lookout for, and quoted me very fair prices on the work needed. They weren’t pushy like other auto specialists, either. I’d choose them over anyone else. Hope I don’t have to go back lol, but if I do, I’m confident in their abilities.

I booked an appointment online from their website and dropped off a car for pre purchase inspection, it took around 1.5 hours to complete. The report was detailed and through, they explained to me the condition of the car and also ran a carfax which was a good surprise for me. I received a printed copy of the PPI report and a link via message where I could see the same details but could take screenshot of the pictures. Would not hesitate to visit again for PPI or other maintenance work. If you take an appointment online, that is the time you drop off your car and not necessarily when they will start working on your car.

One star extra for the guy being nice. The rest is for wasting my time. I have a 2015 BMW 428i that needed a fluid transmission change. As a mechanical engineer, I knew what needed to be done and ordered items such as fluid, a pan, bolts, and a filter. I already got several quotes from BMW shops, and they ranged from $900 to $1150. The guy at the front, without putting much effort, gave me an estimate of $600-700, and I decided to cancel another shop that gave me a $900 quote and go with them. After I dropped the car, he called me an hour later to say he thought he only needed fluid, no pan, etc., but now, after he put some effort into checking what needed to be done, the new quote was $1250. Such a joke! The good part is that I live a 10-minute walk from them, so I didn't waste my money on Uber, but I missed a good window period with another shop, so I put this work on hold for now.
