Enchante Spa Nails & Lashes

I recently visited EnChante Spa , Nails & Lashes and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. The nail technician "Gigi" is clearly skilled and took their time to ensure perfection. I opted for a gel manicure with turned out beautifully. The attention to detail—from shaping and cuticle care to polish application—was impeccable. My technician made sure I was happy with every step, and the results were flawless.

Updated review: I will not return, this one experience probably is not frequent but it has to be one of the worse experiences because other places are at least nice. To clarify, this was a different nail technician. The issues are below: I made an appointment days prior for 2 people. I was contacted to be early at appointment the message said 2:15pm. I agreed and confirmed. 1. I arrive with a friend, the ladies are busy. They seat my friend after waiting for some time ( 10 to 15min ) and I am not started until after my friend got the nail cleaning and was about to start polish. ( **this time issue wouldn't have been too bad, but the friend was getting out of work and rushed over to meet the 215 time.) 2. The tech i got was obviously rushed and maybe stressed, but I wasn't too upset about time. However she started rushing through doing my nails. Was very rough, put alot of pressure when filing with machine and cut deep into my cuticles. ( *this is a common situation for a finger or two, so i usually don't get too upset but this happened to every fingers.) 3. She didn't ask what shape so she shaped round, then asked for my color. I told her I wanted a square/round shape so i showed her an example with my left thumb, but since she filed round now they all looked extra short and weird) she was very upset and filed the rest of the nails. 4. I asked for a milky pink/white with the chrome over. (They did try to accommodate but came out more of a natural undertone. At this point I was over it) 5. The whole experience felt rushed, rude, and her gestures promting me to put my nails in the uv light and giving them back to her, were her tapping hard and snapping fingers. ( I understand if theres a language barrier, but i had not experienced this type of promting at other salons) 6. Icing on top: no massage, the nails are extremely thick. ( I put my hands under UV light close to 10 times or more during the entire experience. No one wants that much exposure and of course that many coats made the nails thick. ) and gel bled onto cuticle skin so its going to lift. ( i do my own gel at home frequently and this happens when the coat is too thick) and there is a giant hard lump/indent that didn't cure. If the nails were not chrome you would be able to see these issues easier. Overall, im embarrassed I took a friend there claiming its the best place. And i absolutely hate my nails. Original review below. Had such a great experience here, I will be returning. I am an extremely particular person with my nails and how clean the salon is, this place was very clean, the tools appeared sterile and the file and buffer were new. I initially wanted my one week dipped nails (which were lifting, breaking and too thick from a different nail salon) removed and needed a fresh gel polish. I recommend making an appointment.

Loved this place! I had such a great experience here. The salon is super clean and cute, and everyone is really sweet. My nail tech took her time and made sure everything looked exactly how I wanted—shape, color, everything. My nails came out so good, honestly better than I expected. They have tons of colors and really pay attention to detail. Overall, just a really chill and comfortable place to get your nails done. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨

i like the result! i asked for simple clear coffin nail. only thing is i think she could be much more gentle with the nail file — i got a cut on my thumb which was uncomfortable and made the alcohol spray hurt. i hope this is passed on to her. overall happy!

Oh my god I can’t believe I am just finding out about this place!!! Aside from the super calm and relaxing atmosphere of the salon I absolutely LOVE how my nails turned out!!! Celine is so kind and really made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. They operate by appointments only so they really take the time to make sure your nails turn out perfect and don’t rush the process. Bonus points for the place being super clean and organized!!! I will definitely be back :)
