It’s almost been a month since I’ve got these done. She is a A1 person. I love this nail salon. I go to the lady that has a really big ring light. She eats down every time I work at FedEx and she does it for me every time and none of them have popped off. I have never had to glue them back on and yes, I know I need a touchup but for a month for the price I paid yes

I recently visited Envy Nail Bar for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. My first appointment was for a pedicure, and I chose the Milk and Honey Treatment. Lucy was my technician, and she was incredibly sweet, personable, and attentive. She made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. A few days later, I returned to have my nails done and was pleasantly surprised to have Lucy again. She did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Her attention to detail and friendly personality truly set her apart. The atmosphere at Envy Nail Bar is warm, welcoming, and inviting, making it a place where you immediately feel comfortable. Between the excellent service and the quality of work, I know I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

My nails and toes came out BEAUTIFUL!! I will be back! Came in at 12:20pm , left at 2:15pm , full acrylic on both hands and feet with rhinestones. Speed + Quality here, I 100% recommend!

I been coming to Envy Nail Bar for about 4 years I love the atmosphere it so nice and peaceful. My Nail tech Lisa is amazing. Everytime I come in she is always so nice to me and very patience. When she does my nails or my pedicure they always comes out nice and perfect. Lisa does amazing work overall!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience at your salon today. Last Friday, I had nail extensions and a pedicure done at your salon. Unfortunately, after returning to work, I was informed that the nail polish color was not acceptable under my workplace's policy and that I needed to change it. As a result, I returned to the salon today simply to have the polish changed. I was surprised when I was told that I would have to pay an additional $35 just to change the polish. While I understand that services come with associated costs, I found this decision extremely disappointing, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of your salon for over four years. During that time, I have consistently supported your business and trusted your team with my nail services. I wasn't asking for an entirely new set of nails or an extensive service—only for the polish to be changed because of an unforeseen work requirement. Given my loyalty and the relatively short time since my original appointment, I had hoped the salon would show some flexibility or goodwill toward a long-standing client. Instead, I left feeling that my years of patronage were not valued. Charging an additional $35 under these circumstances felt excessive and lacked the consideration I would expect from a business that values customer relationships. I hope you will reconsider your approach to situations like this, particularly for loyal customers who have supported your salon over many years.
