I would relay the level of comfortability I felt beginning with the welcome from the receptionist. The medical assistant who took my vitals and asked valid concerning questions about my medicines, etc. I would tell everyone about the medical professional manner Dr. Vladimir Titov entered the examining room, addressed me by name, made eye contact and shook my hand. Dr. Titov sat across from me and asked the reason for my visit and I replied that I would like to establish myself as a new patient. Dr. Titov did his homework into my medical history because he inquired about my health issues. Dr. Titov asked about my past medical exams and informed me what he viewed as required procedures such as a colonoscopy. Something he believes is required if I've had pre-cancerous polyps removed. Dr. Titov explained his theory for the exam regardless of age. Dr. Titov further addressed my present A1C of 6.0 and that it is pre-diabetes and during my follow up exam it will be addressed. I didn't want to look over dramatic, but I had to shake Dr. Titov's hand as he exited the room, tell him impressed I am with him, his office staff and thank him for giving me his time. I exited to the receptionist who is knowledgeable and provided me with informational instructions for my lab work, scheduled my next office appointment, processed my deductible payment with a machine that gave me a real receipt. Even sitting here, I feel secure in Dr. Titov's care, the professional care of his office assistants. I haven't felt this medical security for two years and 10 months.

Referred to Dr Gupta more than 2 years ago. I have been so pleased with the quality of care and attention given to my husband over this time that I would not like to try and locate any other specialist.
