I feel like this is one of the best nail studios in north/central Austin. I am happy every time I go. Whether I am in a hurry or have a lot of time and choose to do something complicated to my nails, they always deliver and accommodate! I’ve had mike do my nails, Katie did a really amazing set for me last time and Ellen refilled them today and they look great. I’ve also had to go in to get a nail removed due to a crack underneath which was not due to them but to ripping an acrylic nail out accidentally & they were so nice and helpful in removing it and told me what to do while it healed. They have such great polish options too with glass nails, jelly nails, chrome, so many cat eye choices, and can really do any design you want. I love going monthly to era. Everyone is so nice and professional. It’s also very reasonably priced and if you’re a student or teacher you get a small discount.

First time here, and my nail professional, Thy, was SO KIND and did an amazing job! This place is clean, and their staff is friendly as they were so accommodating with my questions. They suggested great colors, showed designs, offered professional advice concerning nail shape. I chose the $65 “package” and I felt the most pampered EVER!!! 10/10 totally come back. BONUS for store mascot puppy!!! 😄

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Mike! He is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and makes you feel completely relaxed. My nails have never looked this good. I highly recommend!

Been going here since they opened. I have definitely have had good manicures but I feel like their customer service has gone down. They have multiple times pushed me to up my service from gel to gelx or builder gel. I have naturally long nails. My last manicure had no cuticle work at all. He did not push them back or remove them. He seemed really annoyed by me trying to explain what I wanted or get him to explain what he was doing. He didn’t even get me to rinse the dust off before applying the gel. He applied to dusty hands and nails. He has used a nail file that scrapped into my fingers which hurt and cut one of my fingers because he was trying to shape my nails into round/almond. I asked for my natural shape which is square or squaoval. Just disappointed I keep coming here and feel like it no longer worth it. Going to switch to a new spot now but sad since this is very close to me and I use to love it.
