It’s not about the money with this firm, they really care about helping you with your property matters and go above and beyond to understand your situation; starting with an initial consultation. I didn’t feel rushed and Mr Jason Estavillo offered some suggestions during the call that were extremely helpful and helped relieve some stress that I was experiencing at the time of the call. Furthermore, he offered his time again in a follow up call and I found that to be priceless because you don’t get high level legal service like that without engaging in a contract. You cannot go wrong engaging with this law firm, their legal services are worth the fees they charge.

I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to take your case elsewhere. My experience with Estavillo Law Group has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The firm has a high turnover rate, which results in a lack of consistency and follow-through. Jason, the owner of the firm, has demonstrated a lack of integrity and accountability throughout the process. Our case was never finalized, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, they are refusing to return our retainer. I have made dozens of phone calls and sent multiple emails with no response. Whenever I call, I am told no one is available to speak with me, and I never receive a call back. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable for a law firm. Due to their mishandling of our case, I have been in contact with the California Bar Association to take further action. I highly recommend finding a different law firm that will treat you and your case with the respect, transparency, and communication you deserve.
