She was incredibly thorough and communicative throughout the entire process — taking the time to really understand my vision and explaining each step along the way. I felt so cared for the entire appointment. She went above and beyond, protecting my ears, skin, and scalp during the color process, even placing a blanket over me and a towel over my face during the rinse for extra comfort. Her attention to detail is unmatched — she’s patient, precise, and truly wants you to leave loving your hair. I also appreciated how she shared helpful tips for maintaining my color, styling, and even protecting my clothes and pillowcases afterward. I left feeling completely pampered and confident.
