I had an amazing first experience at Eurasian Auto Repair. I called because the plastic underbody piece on my BMW had come loose and was dragging after driving through high water. This is my first BMW, so I was nervous about where to take it and what the repair might cost. Lane answered the phone and told me to bring it by so they could take a look. I arrived about 30 minutes later, and Lane immediately helped me. He took my key, pulled my car inside, put it on the lift, and within about 10–15 minutes came back and told me it was all set. He fixed the issue quickly and professionally. What really stood out to me was that he would not take any money — not even a cash tip. That kind of honesty, kindness, and customer service is rare these days. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be coming back for future work, including having my brakes looked at after the holiday. I can’t say enough good things about Eurasia Auto and Lane my service writer. I brought them my 2015 Mazda Miata and unfortunately it needed extensive repairs. Lane and the team at Eurasia bent over backwards to get my car on the road and worked very hard to make it affordable. Lane also gave great advise in suggesting cost saving options. Eurasian Auto Repair off of I35 North does excellent work. My Fiat was like new after having engine mounts replaced along with servicing. When an additional issue was discovered, Lane Williams, the service advisor, worked with me to bring costs down so that the job was affordable. He and an office employee, Nora, also assisted in securing financing. After becoming ill and losing my regular full-time job because of the ultimatum given to me about choosing work or going to doctors’ visits, DoorDash became my source of income. It was becoming scary driving my car because it was loud just when starting. Now, my automobile is practically silent, and the ride is smooth and enjoyable. I feel safe and confident using it again. I am thankful for getting repairs done at this repair shop. God is good.

I cannot say enough good things about Lane Williams and the team at Eurasian Auto Repair. Lane provided truly top-notch customer service and took exceptional care of my car throughout the entire process. It all started when I took my vehicle to tire store because I had a tear in the sidewall of one of my tires. After speaking with their service representative and learning that I needed four new tires after only 20,000 miles, they recommended I have my brakes, shocks, and struts inspected before replacing the tires. Since my husband and I have trusted Eurasian Auto Repair in the past for repairs and maintenance on our used vehicles, we decided to take the car there for a second opinion. After performing a full diagnostic, Lane called to explain that the brakes I had just paid to have installed would need to be replaced and that there were several additional issues needing attention. We asked if we could come by to see everything ourselves, and when we arrived, Lane introduced us to the mechanic, Chris (forgive me if I have the name wrong). Chris took the time to physically show us what was happening with the car and walked us through each issue in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us prioritize what repairs needed to happen first. That level of transparency, patience, and customer support is something you just do not find very often anymore. The team repaired my brakes properly, completed several additional services during this visit, and helped us create a realistic plan for future repairs that still works within our budget. What impressed me most was not just their expertise, but their genuine willingness to educate us, be transparent, and help us make informed decisions without pressure. I have complete confidence in Lane and this entire team to take care of our vehicles moving forward. They have earned our trust completely, and I will not be taking my car anywhere else for repairs.
