I was in negotiations to purchase a classic Mercedes Benz and after speaking with the owners of EuropAsian Auto Pros (Nathan and Claudia), I was convinced this was where I needed to have the pre-purchase inspection done. And I am glad I did: The seller had assured me the car had no issues "nothing broken, seats not ripped" and that "everything was functioning as it should." As soon as the car arrived, Nathan did a detailed inspection of the car's exterior and interior and called me immediately to fill me in on what he discovered. The car would easily need repairs totaling at least $10k, just to fix the cosmetic issues, a new set of tires and repair of the wheels, which had serious issues (two were out of round and all had the finish peeling off). Upon further inspection of the car it was determined the alignment had serious issues as well. Under the hood, one of the valve covers had a moderate leak (I had asked the seller if there were any leaks, specifically the valve covers, rear main seal and coolant system and he said "no leaks anywhere"). Long story short - Nathan gave me a thorough assessment of the car's condition, which was 180 degrees from what the seller told me. Based on the report, I decided against purchasing the car. It turned out to be a "barn find" restoration project instead of the driver it was represented as. Thank you Nathan and Claudia for the excellent communication and service. Claudia and Nathan went above and beyond to help us with a very unique and complex repair. They were honest and up front about every detail of the job. I would wholeheartedly recommend these people if you have the need for any auto repairs you might need!

Great place to take your car. I brought my 1999 Tacoma in when the dealer tried to rape me for 10 grand. They got my truck fixed and more. I am very happy with the service that they provided and recommend them. Amazing place!!!!

I wanna start off by thanking Claudia & Nathan for their quick response with any information they had on my vehicle followed by their knowledge of product and their honesty. They aren’t here to bandaid a problem, they truly have your best interest at hand, with true quality part.

I have never owned or driven imports. So when we encountered an issue with a 1985 Nissan that we were gifted (only 4000 original miles) we could not find a shop that would work on it. Contacted at least 8 other places. These other shops would have to troubleshoot the issue and frankly did not have the knowledge or did not want to invest the time. Then we remembered EuropAsian. They helped us with a domestic vehicle that we had a problem with about 25 years ago. When we went to inquire about this 85 Nissan we were so happy Claudia and Nathan were still there! Their knowledge and patience identifying the problem was impressive. Nathan also had a sincere interest to educate us about some issues we needed to address since this was a vehicle that had set idle for so many years. And it was not his interest to increase the bill. I asked several old timers I knew and they agreed 100% the items Nathan brought up needed to be addressed. Now we have a reliable 85 with only 4000 miles and in wonderful condition inside and out. Most impressive was the fair pricing. Cannot say enough positives about this business, the people and the sweet wonderful dogs they have!
