This will be a long review, but it will be worth reading if you're thinking of coming here... I'd give 0 stars if it would let me. I scheduled an oil change here about 5 days in advance. I get there at 8:00 when he opened and he was late by 15 minutes, fine I'm patient. He then informs me that he forgot to order the supplies from Tacoma and I'll have to come back 2 hours later. No accountability because he blamed the fact that he's the only one that works on cars in the shop... Fine, I told him you can't go into the past so no need to dwell. He rotated my tires for free because of his lack of planning, that's awesome... I work in customer service and getting loyalty is the name of the game, so that was the right thing to do. He also looked at my brake light, replaced it and told me it was a wiring issue and said I'd "have to write a blank check" to diagnose the problem... Okay, so I schedule a new appointment a few weeks later. I leave the shop and there's a new noise in my car so I bring it back and the tone shift was noticable. I drive a Jaguar so I'm used to new things popping up like that but instead of looking at the car and trying to help, he essentially implies that it's my problem now and didn't even offer to raise it up and look at it. It ended up being a bad control arm, like he said in the parking lot, but he didn't make me feel like he wanted my business anymore. I scheduled an appointment with Automotive Edge because they work on exotics and they immediately made me feel welcome and you can tell how professional they are in comparison. He got the part ordered for me right away and replaced it with no problem. Today he looked at my "wiring" issue that would've required a "blank check". It wasn't wiring at all, just a bad bulb and the bulb that was replaced fried the other ones because it was the wrong bulb. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose and fix and he didn't even charge me a cent. Not to mention, no blank check needed there because the first hour of diagnostics is always free. He has tons of experience and I will continue to take my car to Automotive Edge and urge anyone else to as well. I've owned European diesel cars for 12 years now and this is the worst shop I've been to. Don't go.

I had a thumping noise when I brought my 2011 BMW 35d X-5 coming from the front suspension when I brought my car in to repair. Cedar drove the car and said it was the front torsion bars. They were changed and I reviewed the replaced parts and they were definitely worn. The thumping noise was still present. I returned, discussed the problem and after my second visit they replaced the front struts. These repairs were not inexpensive but I feel they went above and beyond with scheduling my repair and I paid a very fair price. I will definitely return.

This place is the best! Very nice people. They got the car in quickly and had it up and running great again sooner that we ever expected. This IS our go to for our vehicles now. It is wonderful to find a place we can feel really good about and know our son's car will be reliable for him to get to work and when he comes to visit us. Thank You European Car Clinic!
