Over the past 30 years I've owned a BMW 5 Series, two Volvo S80s, a Land Rover Discovery Sport and a Land Rover Range Rover Sport. I've always taken my vehicles to the dealerships for service because I was too afraid to let anyone else work on them. Now that I'm retired and on a fixed income, I'm more buget conscious than ever before. It was time to get my Range Rover Sport serviced so I started researching mechanics who were qualified to work on my vehicle. I came across European Royal Automotive in Friendswood and was completely blown away by all the positive reviews! I decided to contact the owner King to schedule a time to go visit his automotive shop. I wanted to know who I would be dealing with before I let anyone work on my vehicle. King was extremely professional and courteous on the phone and that put me a little more at ease. When I arrived at the automotive shop I was a little taken aback by its location. Mind you, I was a dealership snob and had to remind myself not to judge a book by its cover. King talked to me in a great detail about what would be involved in my service. He said, "You only have 50k miles on your vehicle so it shouldn't need much done." He said he didn't believe in doing unnecessary work on his customers' vehicles. That was music to my ears! I told King I was very particular about my vehicle and needed assurance that it would be serviced with the utmost care. He said I didn't need to worry about that. I made a service appointment for August 10th. Unfortunately, due to no fault of his own, King had to keep my vehicle overnight. That gave me a bit of anxiety because of the automotive shop's location. I asked King to please keep my vehicle inside the shop overnight and not park it in the "parking lot." You'd have to see it to understand. 😀 King said he would. Whew!! Remember, I'm a dealership snob. King's team did an outstanding job on my vehicle and didn't charge me the dealership ridiculous rates. They even washed my vehicle which was a total shocker to me! 😀 I told King he has me as a customer for the long haul. I'm so glad I stepped out on faith, broadened my horizons and let European Royal Automotive service my vehicle. Many thanks to King and his team!!

The quality of the work was excellent, and my vehicle is running very well after the repairs. I also appreciated that they brought my vehicle back to my home and showed me pictures of the parts that were replaced, which gave me confidence in the work that was done. I think 4 stars is reasonable because of the communication. My vehicle was there for about a week, and while I understand there can be delays with parts, I felt like I had to keep following up to get updates instead of being kept informed along the way. Overall, I’m thankful for the quality of the repair, and my car feels like it’s running better than when I bought it brand new. I just think the customer communication could have been better. Update: changed my review to 5 stars from initial 4 star. King reached out and really stepped up to resolve any concerns and offered a complimentary service. I can tell that he really goes the extra mile and cares about customer satisfaction. You do not see that kind of personalized attention anymore. I was really impressed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with King and European Royal Automotive! The A/C repair was completed quickly, communication was excellent throughout the process, and King was always responsive when I had questions. He took the time to keep me updated and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the level of customer service. King personally delivered my vehicle back to my home, which was greatly appreciated and went above and beyond what I expected.WOW! It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and that was my experience here. I would definitely use European Royal Automotive again and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional service!

I have read many reviews for European Royal Automotive. They're all great! I brought my car in to Nolan for a performance tune-up actually restoring the original Jaguar exhaust tone it was a software remap. I was skeptical that he could actually provide this initially. He did. It's exactly what the factory had authorized and the exhaust tone from the car is absolutely perfect. This man has a wonderful talent. If you are looking to bring your car in for service, no matter what make and model it is, I guarantee you will be satisfied with the outcome. He is also very personable as well as knowledgeable.

King takes care of our 2021 Volvo XC90. We appreciate his knowledge, communication, integrity and fair pricing. Recently, we felt a shaking movement, so took it in for his diagnostics. He was honest in his assessment (tire issues) and did not try to upsale or offer unnecessary services as we've experienced with larger/commercial businesses in the past.
