Great experience! They have worked on all my vehicle! Job is always done great and great timing. Veronica is always in contact with me and giving me updates. Seth has always done a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Best European auto mechanic in Town, always honest and straight up about any issue our vehicles have and we have a fleet of Mercedes Benz vehicles as well as Chryslers and Cadillac vehicles that we bring to Eurotech when ever we have mechanical problems as we run a limousine service and we need service at times the same day with clients in need always on our punctuality which means our customers are happy in turn we are ecstatic! I had an absolute nightmare so I plead you not to take your vehicle to this shop for anything more than replacement windshield wipers. I had my a4 in the shop and was told it was a timing issue. Ok that is to be expected with the mileage. 1800$ and it was running well. Less than a month later the same issue occurred. I had it towed to the shop and was told they would not be able to cover the warranty... Fine I just need my vehicle to work. Another 1500$... Two weeks later the same issue. I was told it was the high pressure fuel pump but I wanted a second opinion. I took it to AutoBahn on Starcrest and upon their inspection they found that the timing was not completed properly either time which destroyed my cam. Not only that but there were mismatched bolts all over the "repairs" done by Seth at Eurotech. I am now having to pay 4300$ to fix his mistake so in total I am out 7600$ because of someone I trusted. I went out of my way to help Seth and Veronica's daughter in school and with her work study job and this is how I was treated. Please do not make the mistake I did.

Depsite some of the reviews I decided to give the shop a try. I just moved here and was in need of some repairs to my car. The experience, and customer service that I received was the best I’ve received in san antonio. Ive reached out to other mechanics who don't answer the phone or over charge for repairs. This shop gave me a reasonable price, had good communication, and showed me that they cared about me as a customer. They ensure your car is to your standards before leaving their shop. They were able to fit me in with exceptional availability. Being military and moving around a-lot its hard to find places you trust but thankfully this is one of them. Thank you for your help guys i appreciate it greatly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW HERE! I wanted to like this shop because of the reviews. Sadly, I think most of the reviews are just from friends and not customers. I had a terrible experience here that I want to share with you. I've had AC problems with my BMW and brought it here to be fixed. The first time I left it there, I left it there for 6 days. I was given my car back and charged for labor and the AC was still not functional when it was hot outside. I brought my car back another 3 times and was still left with a broken AC, even though I spend $1600 on parts and labor. They kept trying to say that the brand new AC compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. It gets replaced and still has the same issue. On top of that, their communication is terrible. I was promised a military discount, and that was not honored on my first (expensive) visit. I was told there would be replacement parts ready on the day I'm dropping my car off, and they didn't even attempt to get them. They literally had my car for 80 working hours and couldn't fix it. These guys don't know what they are doing and will cost you a lot of money. I decided to cut my losses and take my broken car somewhere else that treats me right and will actually fix my car. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
