From my first contact, I knew I was in good hands. Brette Evans is a great attorney and is very down to earth. She and her staff are responsive and respectful. I felt a lot of empathy and understanding during a very difficult time. I highly recommend this law firm.

When we first started with Brette, we were so full of hope!! We needed someone to help us file for bankruptcy. She was super helpful and informative when we first talked on the phone, but after that it was extremely difficult to communicate. Emails went unanswered and in person appointments were cancelled or ignored (meaning when she asked us for a time to meet, we would give her a good date and time- then we’d be ghosted. That happened twice.) the process of trying and failing to communicate/meet took months. Nearly a year. I’m almost positive it had to do with us having the ARAG insurance, and our case wasn’t prioritized because she wasn’t getting paid right away. However, we offered multiple times to pay out of pocket just so we could please get this taken care of. Still, we were ignored by her and her team. Following her latest advice, we weren’t responding to our creditors and ended up getting sued by our bank and another creditor. I really think that Brette is probably a very competent lawyer, I just wish our personal experience would have been better.

Just when the light at the end of the tunnel dimmed, I came across Brette's Office on google and spoke with Kellyone of Brette's office team member, about the bankruptcy process. From start to finish, Brette & her team was not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and supportive especially during a time when we were already under immense stress. WOW!!!! 🙌🏼 I have to say, Brette is a Godsend! Whip smart and delightful, to the point and a wealth of knowledge. I have been in hell, panic attacks, bad thoughts, the whole gamut -have spoke to I'd say...1-2-3-4-5...maybe 6 attorneys now and the last couple we're good, for sure, (the first two BEYOND terrible- so bad they paralyzed me. If you’re looking for someone to help you with your custody court issues, Brette Evans and her team are great! I got nothing but GOOD things to say about my experience with her. She legitimately cared about my case, she took a lot of stress off of me, she knows what she’s doing. Gave me great advice, and always took time to talk to me and explain things to me.
