Expedia Cruises, South Lake Washington

My wife and I wanted to comment on the very above and beyond, excellent service at the Renton Landing Expedia Cruises location! Many times we have stopped in with questions about planning trips and in our 50 years of working with travel agents, we have never found anyone so helpful, considerate, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring as the owner, Daniel Oar! It has been such a pleasure and a blessing to find a travel agent like Daniel and to be able to get such personable help. Also everyone else that we have worked with at Expedia Cruises at the Renton Landing have shown that same level of excellent customer service! We would highly recommend taking care of your travel plans at Expedia Cruises at the Renton Landing location! .

Doris was extremely professional, quick and helpful in booking my cruise dream vacation. She explained to me whole process till every single detail. She went even out of box and helped me to book airplane that her agency don't even deal with. Thank you Doris. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Doris helped me book a Princess Cruise trip from Vancouver to Alaska. She did an excellent job understanding my needs, filtering the possible options, and comparing the pros and cons for each. We had a great time on cruise thanks to Doris’ help. Highly recommend if you are looking for some cruise fun!

Have not taken a cruise in about 15 years, so we were pretty sure a lot has changed since then. Fortunately I was able to work with Bettina Maher as our travel cruise consultant. Bettina was able to supply us with all the information we needed to make a decision on the destination and type of cruise we wanted. She expertly guided us through our options regarding cruise lines, costs, and destinations. I've booked vacations before by myself, but without Bettina's expertise, I believe our trip may have been less enjoyable and possibly more expensive. There were just so many nuances and questions we had throughout the process that it was such a great thing to have someone to go to that responded quickly and thoroughly. We're already talking about our next cruise and I can assure you, Bettina will be part of that conversation. Cannot recommend her enough.

Keith Horlock is an awesome travel agent! He went over and above to secure accommodations for 4 families.(20 people) for 1 week in Gulf Shores,AL., and then 2 families for an extra week at a different location. He worked 2 days on this project and is still working to get travel insurance for all. He is phenomenal and so incredibly patient to meet our requests and needs. Thank you, Keith!
