Family Nails

Cherry did my nails today. These are pictures from today the same day that she did them. I paid $70 for this. $60 plus a $10 tip. I'm livid. And I see why they only accept cash because otherwise I'd be charging them back for this. Updated to include two pictures from the third day after I got this done. So embarrassingly bad and awful and the manager told me that Cherry is the best nail tech there? Yikes yikes yikes. BEWARE

Complete Lack of Respect for Customers' Time Date of Visit: January 15, 2026 I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I specifically made an appointment for 11:30 AM with Angel because I value her work, but it’s clear this salon doesn’t value their clients. I arrived early at 11:00 AM to check in and confirm my 11:30 AM slot. I even went next door to kill time so I wouldn't be in the way. When I returned exactly at 11:30, they sat me at a station and told me to pick out colors. I assumed Angel was getting ready for me. Instead, I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. Only then was I told that Angel was still with another client. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted someone else. I explicitly said no—the entire reason I booked an appointment was to see Angel. The response? A dismissive, "Well, she's still helping someone else." To make matters worse: • Zero Accountability: Angel walked right past me while this was happening and didn’t even acknowledge me or offer a simple apology for running late. • Poor Management: This entire interaction happened right in front of the owner, who sat there and said absolutely nothing. No apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. Don't bother making an appointment here. They will treat you like an inconvenience rather than a scheduled guest. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually understands what a "booking" means.

I’ve been coming to Family Nails for over 10 years, the owners are very nice and attentive & most if not all nail technicians are amazing & do a great job ! Highly recommend Lina although this set was done by Kay , who also does a great job . Diane has been there the longest & gives the best pedicures, she’s detailed and patient, sweet lady . Also affordable & well with keeping appointments on time 😊

I am thrilled with my nails from here. My technician was Hannah and she was so thorough and precise. She did a great job. This was my first time here, but I will definitely return to see Hannah, and I really appreciate the 5 day warranty card they give you for peace of mind.

I had Ivy do my nails this time she was amazing.. she kept asking me if everything was ok so far…the design was exactly what I wanted… best place to go to
