FANG ’ BISTRO【Cypress】Chinese N Sushi Restaurant

Many vegetarian options! I tried Kung Pao Tofu last week (TOGO) and I liked it! So today I came for lunch and ordered Singapore Noodles with tofu… delicious! The noodles were not soggy, tofu was crispy, and it was the perfect spice level. Good portion size. The waiter who served me was friendly and prompt! Very good service. Take ‘bad reviews’ with a grain of salt. You will never know until you try things out yourself. I will be back to try more!!

We ordered pick up here through Door Dash and then decided to dine in our next visit. Our service was excellent and he even brought out our toddler’s food with the appetizers without us asking. This is my favorite place to get Crab Rangoons. The spicy garlic edamame is also delicious. We also ordered a Philadelphia Roll, Orange Chicken, and Sesame Chicken. Large portions. I appreciate how the chicken is all white meat no weird pieces. We will definitely be returning.

We went into Fang's for the first time Wednesday evening and found a nice bistro for sure. My Hunnan Beef was the best I had ever tasted though the steamed rice was maybe a little al dente. The sweet and sour pork was served dry with the sauce on the side. The soups were good and so were the egg rolls. The service was excellent and the overall experience was very nice. We will be going back.

I really hate leaving negative reviews because I understand that no restaurant gets everything right 100% of the time. Unfortunately, our experience at Fang's Bistro was very disappointing. We ordered the House Style Soft Noodles (Lo Mein), Egg Rolls, and Egg Drop Soup. The lo mein was honestly some of the worst I've had. The noodles were extremely mushy and seemed overcooked. There was no sesame or wok-smoked flavor at all (super bland), and the dish lacked seasoning. The overall taste was unpleasant, almost as if some of the vegetables or meat may not have been fresh. The beef was especially tough and inedible. We ordered two bowls and could not eat either one. I will add that they do include great amounts of beef, chicken, shrimp, and veggies; but the taste was just not up to par, so the amount of meat/veggies is irrelevant. The egg drop soup was also disappointing. Both bowls had a burnt flavor, and there were clumps of hardened egg throughout that tasted burnt as well. We each tried a few bites and ended up throwing the soup away. They did not include any soy sauce packets, nor sweet and sour sauce for our meal. The one bright spot was the egg rolls, which were actually very good and the only part of the meal we enjoyed, despite being nearly black/overcooked. It's disheartening to spend money on dinner and not be able to eat most of it. Based on this experience, I won't be returning or ordering from this establishment again. That said, I wish the restaurant and its staff well, and I hope they take honest customer feedback as an opportunity to improve.

This was our first time but it definitely won't be our last! We came on a whim on Tuesday around 7 and we're wary greeted. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is nicely decorated. But our server was outstanding! We will come back just to see him! Thank you for a great experience!
